    Not user friendly. Too many ads coming in inbox instead of spam.

    I hate the new version. I want to be able to see all my emails without having the link at the bottom. Grrrr. I'm really, really ANNOYED!

    This new version is not user friendly, things have disappeared, Where has old mail gone?display is so small unable to see, . why are you making it so Unusable?.

    I’ve also been on the AOL platform since I was a kid I absolutely cannot stand this new version of the mail that you created please bring the old one back!

    All of a sudden yesterday...my email version disappeared and this new version appeared!! Hate this new email setup!!! Everything is very small and unable to read. Dislike the entire version. May have to discontinue using AOL after all these years!!!
    Bring back the old version!! So much more user friendly!!
    Totally Disappointed!

    New mail has been deleted as the box on the left gets ticked without reason and I cannot find them on old mail or recently deleted. Also the layout is poor and requires several extra steps to get back to new mail.

    Whoever signed off on this new version is obviously not a user: restore sanity soonest!

    Can't flag picked mail then delete those. Delete choose is not displayed. Also I liked the smaller mail previews. Please change mine back. Your good idea isn't. Midnightreach.

    How do I delete more then one spam at a time go back to the other system.

    Not user-friendly. Having to scroll to the bottom in order to delete emails takes longer overall. Clicking on individual emails in order to delete them sometimes it does not work and I have to restart my phone. It was so much easier on my cell phone the other way.

    I agree completely, and I do pay. If this is not corrected I will leave aol. Old mail, clear indication of what is unread. Poor or impossible access to attachments. The old version was much better.M. Jay

    IF THIS IS THE WAY YOU ARE GOING TO FORCE PEOPLE TO PAY, YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE CUSTOMERS REALLY FAST!

    PUT BACK OLD MAIL, RECENTLY DELETED AND LET THE EMAIL ADDRESSES POP UP, NOT HAVING TO GO AN SEARCH FOR THEM.

    THIS NEW PROGRAM SUCKS!!!
