  4. Your new mail format sucks!

    This new email is ****. Cannot select multiple emails with a shift click, only one at a time. The search doesn't allow for search of particular dates. Delete one email and the next one is automatically opened - NO! Go back to the general list. Need I go on? This thing SUCKS! You give the option of the old email but it is NOT the old email. Just the new in a different format. Please fix this ASAP

  8. Go back to old format, if it aint broke don't fix it

    Cannot read full message with new format (sucks) & cannot delete ALL trash folder without doing one page at a time no "mark all" option also in new folder cannot delete or read ALL anymore, have to waste time and read or delete page by page, not very convenient for us who do not look at our email daily or frequently (this REALLY sucks!)

    AOL has turned into the worse. I was upset with a company because they were not responding and all along it was AOL sending the reponses to SPAM

    REQUIRED: Setting to NOT auto-advance to the next mailbox message when deleting/closing/moving the message just read/handled. Setting to return to Inbox required. This is a global standard. Unsure why it's missing.

    Your new email is horrible...the old email was faster and easier to use, way more complicated.
    The new "old" email is almost as bad. Why would you give us the option of the old email and change it also? Your programing team needs an update-not your email...

    Deleted phone app. Downloaded phone app again. News feed doesn't load and can't sign in to email.

    With Button 0n the bottom I'm not able to use them because the adds covering them and not allowing access. Please move control button to the top.

    This format is terrible. How do I get back to the original format? Who wants smaller and smaller text!!!!???

  19. You can add a filter by date features, something as simple as that would infinitely make my life easier. Thank you

    Please add a filter by date feature for the purpose of looking up very old emails easier. As is stands, it can be quite daunting.

    Give us back the old format . Email addresses do not auto populate in the new format.
