The more I use the new OLD platform the more I hate it ARE YOUI LISTENING OR ARE YOU TONE DEAF?

I cannot change back to the old mail format. I hate the new mail
Go back to the old style. Even though I tried to change back, I still have the new style and I dislike it immensely!

Old Platform Preferred . It should be an option to go back to.
I prefer what the previous platform. Unable to search e-mail and have to view previous e-mails on too many hidden pages.

viewing mail
Please just put back the scroll bar and get rid of the arrows that you have to push when you want to see more of your mail. Can't tell you how much I dislike the new version you stuck us with.

deleting mail
You used to be able to delete an email as soon as you were done reading it. Now you have to scroll back up to the top to delete it. Majorly bad idea!

why do we have to click twice for everything now?
We used to be able to move something to a folder with one click. Now it takes two. We used to be able to go to settings with one click. Now it takes two. Why would anyone think this is better?

The old version used to show which folder them emails in the search results were in. Another useful feature that you took away.

Reading Pane back
Classic Mailbox Please!
I cannot get the Reading Pane back. I don't want an endless list of messages. I want a short list of Unread and a reading pane to preview message below it. I found instructions that are incorrect since the Link is not there to open and set a reading pane [preview pane].68th ranked -
closing mail
You used to be able to click the top right X to close an email and leave it in the inbox for later, wherever you happened to be in the email. Now you have to scroll back up to the top to close it. Obviously no one on the design team has ever actually used this email tool.

When I enter my username/password and click "Sign In" I'm taken to a marketing page with an old man in a green chair, with a sales pitch asking me to sign up for a free aol account.
I've just entered my user info and attempted to sign in to the account which I clearly already have. Please, please for sanity's sake, get rid of this unnecessary step between me logging in and accessing my account.150th ranked -
Please remove delete all in the mailbox as a possible option if you click the delete button with out having selected any particular email.
1st PLEASE remove delete the whole mail box as a possible option if you click the trashcan icon with out having selected any emails. This is a very very bad idea. Put delete all as an option in the email drop down menu. This should be changed immediately before someone with a large sum of emails ends up accidentally moving their whole box into the deleted emails section.

As it is now this software , for me , is almost unworkable.
I am for long time in USA, I have never seen such a failure.
I hope that you will correct it soon.

LEAVING EMAIL OPEN AND MAKING THE WNDOW SMALLER
WHY DID YOU TAKE AWAY THE ABILITY TO OPEN AN EMAIL BOX AND BE ABLE TO MAKE THE WINDOW SMALLER IN ORDER TO DRAG AND DROP OR COPY AND PASTE? THIS EMAIL SET UP IS NOW WORTHLESS!!! WAY TO BE EVIL AOL/YAHOO

It's official - AOL SUCKS!
Emails constantly missing - for no reason at all. I'm convinced it's a ploy to get you to sign up for support (with the associated fee). AOL has had its day and don't deserve a place in the top, middle, or bottom tier.

At least add back the feature that allows you to select the page number while searching your email
I have a lot of emails and not being able to select the page number makes searching for an email a nightmare. PLEASE at least bring that feature back!!!!
