I hate your new mail.
It hasn't gotten better with use. I hate this format. Half the time I don't get my up/down arrows. I hate that the mail goes on many different pages instead of just one. I hate that I cannot change my font size. I am moving soon, and I am sooooo done with your service. Thanks for not listening to your long-term customers and thanks for NOTHING!!!!!

Refresh mail feature is awful!
Having to "refresh" to get new mail is stupid and time wasting. My new mail should populate when it is received. This whole new system is awful. Just go back to the way it was.

Give us what we had...what we deserve! We are not cave people!
Quite simply, you can just put it back the way it was; A fully functional, customizable, word processing type program that allows for more control over the simplest things like font size, type & color. I mean, I can't even BOLD a word if I want to! It's ABSURD that you do not offer this personal control any longer. The fact that you can only see 25 current emails per page is LUDICROUS as well. NO WAY TO SEARCH EMAILS
NOTHING IS REALLY AVAILABLE IN THIS NEW VERSION THAT WAS FORCED ON EVERYONE? YOU KNOW... EMAIL WAS FORCED UPON US... why can't I see the complete In Box of AOL Mail? Presently cannot even see one day's worth
Provide access to entire mailboxes as was in the past. Now can only see a portion of the day and then additional ones come in as messages are deleted

Check other provider accounts within AOL web mail?
If I could check within AOL a former provider account of mine (Mail.com for example, whose emails I send from end up in my recipient's SPAM folder too often) then I wouldn't need to check that account at all. That means my eyes more often view YOUR ads, AOL!

There is no email link. Firefox Aol mail to link add on doesn't work.
Their used to be a mail to link in Compose settings. It is no longer there.
Why did you take it out? Please add it back.

Lose the app passwords. You don't have the skill to implement this security level.

This is a suggestion
As it is now this software , for me , is almost unworkable.
I am for long time in USA, I have never seen such a failure.
I hope that you will correct it soon.

Can't find MY CALENDAR....
HATE the AOL format Change!
Can't find MY Calendar... AND Can't change the font or size of print (to read better)! on my sending-out emails. It's Now soooo Tiny on screen - don't see any options to make it LARGER....
And WHERE'S MY Calendar with-old & for making NEW appts, updates, birthdays, personal social schedules????

THIS EMAIL FORMAT IS WORTHLES... CAN NO LONGER MAKE WINDOW SMALLER NEXT TO ANOTHER OPEN COMPOSE EMAIL IN ORDER TO DRAG AND DROP AND COPY AND PASTE. Unable to Access New Email in Inbox
Dear AOL
For 2 days now I have been unable to access my New Emails in my Inbox on Standard viewing. No matter how much I tried it has been useless. All what I get is a blank page with endless loading in the middle of the blank page.
I went on line and found out that as at yesterday, AOL had an Outage affecting certain Post codes and the problem had been resolved. My Post Code: SW9 8FE was not involved. Then why am I unable to access my email?

Emails constantly missing - for no reason at all. I'm convinced it's a ploy to get you to sign up for support (with the associated fee). AOL has had its day and don't deserve a place in the top, middle, or bottom tier.

Standard Version not working consistently.
Since the classic email was taken, I have had trouble with the "new" standard version. I have Windows 10 and I use Firefox. I have trouble opening new mail and old mail. IT doesn't work in Chrome either. The icons do not work. I can get other folders, like the sent folder, but the entire folder does not appear just the most recent. I cannot send email.
