    Please keep option open for basic mail. I'm a senior who was comfortable with the old version. I've been with AOL since 1993. Very frustrating trying
    to follow new version.

    aol basic change it back its not the same!!!!!!!!!!!!
    i agree with the person that said this and i quote not my words but i agree
    "This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format. It appears you really don't want feedback... this is not a new idea. I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you"

    Please change back to the old format; how many "this new format is terrible, awful, horrible, hated " messages do you need before it sinks in that the majority disapprove?

    THE NEW LAYOUT OF AOL IS HORRIBLE! WE WANT THE OLD LAYOUT BACK! STOP CHANGING THINGS THAT ARE WORKING JUST FINE TO BEGIN WITH!

    Having had AOL since the 90s, as a senior, with issues with hands & cannot text, please keep the older format! We need to see it the way our elderly eyes are used to....IF IT AI'NT BROKE saying applies here! We have to have options that are easy to "switch back to original" keep it simple! Why don't you have a senior give advice for seniors & other age groups give feedback for their age groups?

    With the change in the e-mail platform you can no longer keep in coming e-mail as new. When forwarding an e-mail you can't delete the person or comments sent with the e-mail. By all the negative comments about the new e-mail platform seems AOL should immediately return to the old e-mail formant NOW!@!!!!

    I don't like what you did to my email page, I was perfectly happy with the classic look, but now all that is available is beta and basic, neither of which suits my taste. I have had the email address since 2000, on my Netscape browser, but now you have forced me to end that tradition.

    This new "classic" version sucks. I've used aol since I went to school, but if this version stays I'll leave after using it for 25 years. I was even made fun of for still using my AOL adress.

    I just want an actual basic version and not a "reduced" new version were you can't select between seeing old mail and new mail anymore. This makes the "read" button unnecessary. and no the new version is not a satisfying replacement.

    I wanted to choose every category to fix! New format is terrible. Change it back! Alot of people would be happier..

    The old way of hiding the CC & BC lines unless wanted made it look less busy. Also, my signature line is now messed up and I can't fix it. AND I can't make links of the words to follow.

    AND ... why not bring all this back to before but then allow us to use a Signature Logo if we have one? I have a .png of a signature logo and would like to use that. I can in gmail. But that is the ONLY change I'd want from the way it was before. Please bring back the old mail, the ability to make links in our signature, and allow us to use signature logo .png for that as well. This new format is so bad. I can't even find where to change the font anymore. NOT GOOD.

    I hope this AOL email format that was forced on me is just temporary. I hate it. I know I am not alone in this.
    AOL should allow their email account users to decide for themselves which format they prefer to use. This recent change is not a good one.
    AOL, please make the switch back.

    This current AOL is a disaster. It appears to have been programmed by a 10yr old. There is no logic to the program. It takes forever to navigate to functions that I need to use, plus some of the old functions no longer exist. Please give me my old AOL Classic back

    Telephone help stinks, and I'm being kind. Cannot hear them and they cannot hear me. To much noise, static on line. Tried twice, same problem. Funny thet cannot call you back or email you to help solve problems???

    I have been an AOL user from the beginning but I may have to leave. This new mail is NOT user-friendly. I HATE IT!
