Please change back to old format for my e-mail. I do not like this new

format. I am a senior I can not see small print or small screens.

    I used to be able to delete several e-mails at a time with the shift or ctrl keys, why doesn't that work anymore? This new version takes longer and is ****, please give us the options for the old version.
    The page at a time feature is also a time waster, I like the scroll method. Seems as if AOL is trying to loose more customers than gain new ones.

    Please change back to the old format

    This is the third time AOL has done this. I tried following the directions to switch to basic, but didn't seem to work. I was able to get back the original format the previous two times. AOL should notify us if we want to change before it just shows up. I was without internet servie for 2-1/2 weeks.

    When you go to settings and switch back to the "Basic" view ... IT'S STILL NOT WHAT I WANT TO VIEW. Where is the old mailbox, where are my unread emails, where is old emails, why is it one linear continuous inbox. Why when i use the old basic URL do I get diverted to this GARBAGE

    This new format is dreadful, utterly ghastly. What on Earth induced anyone to come up with such a terrible concoction

    Someone on high who doesn't give a fig for the end user, clearly

    If AOL really cares for its customers they will give everyone the option to change back

    Think I know the answer already ...

    Please change it back. This new version is awful. Definitely created by someone who doesn't use email.

    At least give us the option to use the previous version. You're ******* off the people who have been using AOL for YEARS. For what? You think younger people are suddenly going to flock to AOL?

    I had the same E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR 25 YEARS NOW AOL CHANGES IT WHY WOULD YOU DO THQAT ?????????????????????????????????????????????

    This appears to be make work for someone there. Unnecessary and too complicated to navigate. Hate the changes!

    please change back to my old format for my email with which I am very familiar. The new format is so small it is impossible to read and it doesn't have the options to edit my compositions. It's horrendous and its frustrating and make me angry I don't have the option to select the new version!

    Change back to the old format. This supposingly new format does not have the functions of the old and my emails look like a child typed them. Very unhappy.
