chang back to old format
Please change back to old format for my e-mail. I do not like this new
format. I am a senior I can not see small print or small screens.

Please return my email to the original format. I do not like this new look. I attempted to revert to the old version. It did not work.

what's the reason for this update again?

The check boxes next to each email need to be larger. It seems much more difficult to quickly click in the correct area to select emails.

in its place is the select all button. this is a dangerous visually change. restoring the old arrangement of pushbuttons would be a "positive change"

I now must refresh the inbox to see mail received.
Old AOL used to do that for me.
Restoring that would be a "positive change". -

I get a lot of **** emails. Individually selecting them for deletion is beyond ridiculous. I suspect you've rewritten your interface in some new fancy-*** script and these features are not part of the language. Ah, but the ads are. Clever.

I must individually select emails to delete or move. This is a core function of windows. I can't believe you QA'd this update.

NEW FORMAT THE WORST...

I absolutely despise the change. I can no longer change fonts, bold or underline when composing emails. I want the old format back. I have had AOL as my email since it first started; however if I can't get the old format back, I will be starting the arduous process of changing my email to another email system.

Updating AOL and ******* off its dedicated group of remaining users was ABSOLUTELY INSANE. I'm all for forward momentum, but don't ruin the things that KEEP US HERE. We want the Inbox separate from Old Mail, and we do NOT want changes that alter the interface. If we wanted Gmail, we'd go to Gmail.
Give us SMART updates: like scheduling sends for a future date/time, more easily adding or deleting contacts, a phone app that ACTUALLY WORKS, or a mobile site that doesn't load slowly and doesn't send out e-mails in text format ONLY.

I need my old mail settings back!!!

That was rhetorical as it's clear, no one does. These unannounced changes that are always for the worst. It's equally clear these changes are made solely because of AOL's limitations but are marketed to users as improvements. Not sure which is more insulting but I've since switched over the Gmail and have exported everything.
I'm done!

WHY IS ADMIN NOT LETTING ME VOTE ON COMMENTS AND COMMENTS ARE LOCKED AND ADMIN SAYS GATHERING FEEDBACK UNDER SOME COMMENTS ....I DONT BELIEVE ANY OF THIS... I THINK THEY CHANGED IT TO MATCH YAHOO AND COULDNT CARE LESS WHAT USERS THINK AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF CHANGING IT BACK OR GIVE PEOPLE A CHOICE!

This new format is horrible. Why did we lose the "old mailbox"? Now everything stays on the first page making it harder to see emails you marked "unread". At least before, I knew where to find something I left in the new mailbox to get to later, now, if I don't know the date, it' harder to find.
