That was rhetorical as it's clear, no one does. These unannounced changes that are always for the worst. It's equally clear these changes are made solely because of AOL's limitations but are marketed to users as improvements. Not sure which is more insulting but I've since switched over the Gmail and have exported everything.

It's official - AOL has made an already archaic platform even MORE USELESS. Who is at the helm there and do they even have a clue????
This is has to be the most poorly managed company in the industry. For the "founder" of internet platforms, they are so inept and have no clue at what their users want or need in an email platform.
Not one response to the thousand of complaints about this useless new platform. I've lost my emails three times since they've changed it; no flexibilty with font; no features, whatsoever.
To all users - for safety sake, you can have all your current folders exported to a Gmail account and new emails automatically forwarded.
It made pulling the AOL plug a breeze. This company sucks!
