How can we improve AOL Mail?

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format. It appears you really don't want feedback... this is not a new idea. I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you

    What the above said... This system need lots of work... I hate it... If I wanted a Google system, I would have gone to google,,, I used to like the system I grew up with.. Please put it back.....

    my email looked strange this morning, it asked me if I wanted to go back to basic and thinking that is what I had, I said yes. What I have now is not what I had yesterday. Can I get back what I had yesterday?

    I didn't see any notification of this change. I don't like it and would like to be able to change back to the old format which was straightforward and easy to use.

    two clicks to do one action on the old system. Never efficient, I dont want different colours, fonts, date layout by day I CAN RMEMBER DATES! just set it back to a smooth easy to use system

    I do not like this format either - very difficult with all the changes and there is no way to change it back to the old format.....why not give everyone the option to choose the format they want? And yes, we pay to have the aol account!

    I don't like this new platform. As with most upgrades or improvements, it is not an improvement and is not easier to navigate. In addition to other problems, I cannot figure out how to add a contact to a group e-mail. This was not a problem before. Please quite trying to make things easier. You're only making things harder to use.

    I hate the new format. When I check go back to old format it doesn't change.
    I do not want to have to cancel AOL because I have been with AOL for years but don't like changes

    I need my old original system back. This is horrible on my eyes and it is about to make me cry. I have anxiety and I cannot deal with this change.

    You said I could revert to the original version, which I did. But it didn't revert, so that promise wasn't the truth. Please revert to the original version. The pages and pages of email are a total pain to navigate. It looks like something we had to use in an old office setting, and is totally user-unfriendly.
