This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format. It appears you really don't want feedback... this is not a new idea. I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you

    Please change me back to the old format. Why would you take away the ability to change the font size?

    I'm not handling this new look at all. I just deleted 49 emails when I only wanted to delete 15 of them.This format is very similar to Optonline, which I'd use if I wanted.

    The new AOL e-mail is horrible for me. Please change me to the old format.

    As with all other comments, I really don't like the new format. It was changed automatically a few weeks ago but there was an option to revert to the old one, which I did. Now it has been changed to the new format again without me requesting it, and although I went to settings to change it back, it no longer allows me to do that. WHY are AOL not listening?

    I want back my old platform. I do not like this Classic View at all. There is so much the old platform has and it was much easier and much better and simple to use.

    This new format is also not working for me. I have lost my group contacts, can no longer insert images, cannot increase the font size. How do I get my old format back??

    I cannot stand the new layout. Didn't request it. So many things not to my liking. Just one-I want the trash bin to the left of the subject of the email.

    This system is really BAD. It doesn't even have the "old mail" where you can find or locate mail that you already read. I don't need my old mail to still be together with my unread or new ones. Please give me my old system back

    Hate the new AOL please give us back the original format. I will not stay with AOL if you do not change the format back.

    JUST LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR ONCE WILL YOU!!!!!!!!! I agree with all the comments below. For goodness sake please please just give us back the classic format with the emails across the full page. This half page view is rubbish for trying to find the email you want.

    I totally agree...I hate this new format. I liked it when you have new mail and old mail separate...It is to time consuming and confusing to just read your mail. Change it back to the old way please
