This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format. It appears you really don't want feedback... this is not a new idea. I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you

    I HATE THIS NEW VERSION AS MUCH AS EVERYONE ELSE THAT HAS POSTED ! PLEASE, PLEASE GIVE US SENIORS AND EVERYONE ELSE THE OLD CLASSIC VERSION OF AOL MAIL THAT WE ARE SO USED TO HAVING. IF YOU DON'T I AM SURE YOU WILL LOSE MANY USERS TO GMAIL OR SOME OTHER EMAIL.

    I WANT THE OLD VERSION BACK... THIS NEW MAIL IS ATROCIOUS !! I'M NOT THE ONLY UNHAPPY USER ... I AM ALSO A SENIOR USER !! IF AOL IS LOOKING TO GET RID OF CUSTOMERS, THIS NEW MAIL VERSION WILL SURELY BE EFFECTIVE !! I'VE BEEN AN AOL USER SINCE THE INCEPTION OF AOL... I AM VERY TEMPTED TO GO TO GMAIL IF I DON'T GET BACK THE OLD MAIL VERSION.

    I want the classic format back
    There was no warning of any format change. this format has less functionality than classic.
    When will Classic format be available again??????
    This is of CRITICAL IMPORTANCE to me. (The question was asked)

    I have bragged about AOL when people laugh at me for continuing to have an old e-mail program. Why have you now decided to join those who have complex and many step programs to achieve what I could do with one click before. I am unable to highlight, bold, or colorize my text. What the heck?!!!!! Please change me back to my old AOL program which has worked perfectly for me for the last 30 years!

    Give me back my original aol email. Neither aol that I received is what I originally had. Basic email is terrible. What is going on here? You already have a lot of unhappy customers. This sounds like some kind of scam.

    In the hopes that these comments ACTUALLY get noticed and taken into consideration by AOL, I want to say how much I CANNOT stand this new format.... And allowing us to click "go back to basic email" is NOT the original format! So, to the AOL engineers who have to keep messing with an already useful user interface....STOP!! Let us GO BACK TO, and KEEP, the inbox/format/user interface we had a couple days ago....because this new one is atrocious, and has me on the brink of deleting this email account.

    So....will our words be heard, and will anything be done about it?

    I do not like the new format or the format that come with switching back to old format. It isn't the old format. Why are ads popping up above the inbox. I'm about to drop AOL

    I hate this ne format - I want the old one back. Too many buttons, too small, and I don't want to add extra time to my day clicking buttons - come on !

    Is there anyway to change back to the OLD E-mail Format. I find the NEW FORMAT Frustrating, the font will not fit my page so i have to minimize it then its to big! This NEW FORMAT is not an improvment! CAN I HAVE THE OPTION TO CHANGE BACK!!!

    If you won't just jettison your NEW format, at least let those of us who want/need the old way to have it back without you automatically "updating" us! I want the system that I know and that works best for me. I pay you every month, but you keep switching me, costing me lost time and great frustration.

    This is making me crazy! I get automatically switched to your mail system! It does not work for me. I spend time trying to get back to the old way. I get there. I follow instructions. But I not longer have the OLD MAIL file folder. I want and need this folder.
