How can we improve AOL Mail?

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you

    Why change something that worked well. Preferred the old classic AOL to my necessary minor accounts at G mail which I may now have to switch to for my main account. I agree give an option for the old format.

    I run a business from home and PAY for my AOL account. This is HORRIBLE and I want my old format back. It will take me weeks to change to another email server but I will. If I had wanted a yahoo or gmail account I would have had one already. GET MY OLD FORMAT BACK!!

    Give me back my classic version. The new version is terrible and hard to use. Why? Why? Why? do you mess with something and "improve" it to a product NO ONE likes?

    I totally agree. This new look stinks. I can't change my signature back to the way it was with a picture/graphic. the display is all wrong. It just stinks.

    Please give us users the option to use the format we are most comfortable. I prefer the old version.

    This is horrible and the option to go back is now gone, way to Ninja AOL, i spoke with them on the phone and there is no way to go back, i guess its time for a change.

    Hate the new format, try and print something it's so small you cannot read it. Old format was much better.

    I ditto the statement of Tom Russo about the old and new platform. I am so fed up with what I have to work with. I have been searching for too many hours to find a solution to bring back my old platform. PLEASE BRING IT BACK FOR ME! This is not acceptable. I have been with AOL for...ever and if I could find another solution I go for it.

    GIVE ME BACK THE OLD SYSTEM. DON'T LIKE TO BE TOLD WHAT TO USE. THE NEW SYSTEM DOES NOT REPEAT DOES NOT WORK FOR ME I AM UP FOR NEW BUT THIS REALLY IS THE WRONG STUFF. NO WARNING GIVEN AND NO EXPLAINATION WHY. IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING THAT WORKS DON'T FIX IT AND THE OLD SYSTEM WORKED

    By the looks of all the feed back you are getting EVERYBODY WANTS THE OLD FORMAT!!!

    I don't know why AOL keeps trying to push this new format on us?

    The new system is not for me and does not fix my style and usage. in plain
    English it will it doesn't work for me Give me back the old system besides that I don't like to use something that is forced on me I am open for new ideas but let me choose what I want don't say here it is and to bad. GIVE ME BACK THE OLD SYSTEM and let me choose after thar

    Completely agree. I went to open a message, and instead got the new version. I tried to get back and could only find "classic," which I DON'T like. The old platform worked well for me, and I liked using it. Where did "old mail" go? There's no menu across the top to control what shows up where in the list of messages, such as the trash can, or subject. The old format worked, and worked well. This is pretty bad. Despite the pain of alerting everyone, I'm thinking of changing my primary mail to my Gmail instead. I liked the old, basic format in AOL better than Gmail, but like the NEW AOL format a lot less!

    I agree. This new version is beyond awful. If I wanted a new view or format I would have left AOL long ago. I stayed bc of the classic and now that is gone. HATE IT !!!!!

    Take it back to the way that it was - this new **** sucks - got to do to many clicks an is very small print - I don't like it - I will stop using it an use my Apple mail.
