I agree. This new version is beyond awful. If I wanted a new view or format I would have left AOL long ago. I stayed bc of the classic and now that is gone. HATE IT !!!!!

New AOL does not work for me, like the old one much better.

Take it back to the way that it was - this new **** sucks - got to do to many clicks an is very small print - I don't like it - I will stop using it an use my Apple mail.

I hate this new AOL. Give me back the old one at once. And never ever switch back the new one!!!!!!!!!!

I am getting so sick of these changes to the AOL screen....
I don't need any changes, and for me, I am self-employed, and I do not have any time to start reviewing a new screen, colors, boxes, etc.
I am dealing with minutes in my busy day.
I do not want to be rude, BUT, STOP UPDATING THE VISUAL ASPECT !

The new system is terrible. Hopeless for managing mail and reading new emails. Please re-instate the system you just dumped!!

I have avoided gmail in the main but it looks like it will be my preferred option soon. Sad.

Give US the option to view how we want it. Changing the layout has confused lots of friends. If it "ain't broke", don't fix it!

This is a terrible format Why would you change something that worked without giving me the option of opting out.

I want my old format back. I've had it for 25 years.
I've had plenty of options to switch, and some question why I'm still with AOL.
It worked for me.
Won't stay if I can't get my classic format back.
This one is annoying, and going through account settings to switch it back doesn't work.

Awful. Makes no sense. Why are you chasing away your users? I have no choice but to go elsewhere.

I agree 110% with Tom's comments! I have 2 AOL email accts. One keeps automatically updating to AOL's latest (& definitely NOT the greatest) format. In fact, I find it incredibly frustrating & almost next to impossible to use. How can I get back to my good old user-friendly AOL email format?? Thank God my other AOL email hasn't been "improved"!!

I totally agree with Tom's comments. To have to select pages versus scrolling down is absurdly unfriendly and impractical

This is awful. I want the AOL mail format I am used to.

What an awful change! Please bring back the way it was. This is horrendous to use. Shocking AOL!! You should be listening to your users, not just enforcing a change which is so poor.
