How can we improve AOL Mail?

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format. It appears you really don't want feedback... this is not a new idea. I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you

    I agree 1000% bring back the old format. all the links are in a different place and this is NOT working for me. I can't find anything I am looking for. Stop trying to improve it. Its NOT broken

    I can only surmise that you are trying to do away with email in its entirety by making these changes. No one wants to have to make so many clicks to file an email and if you change only one thing back to how it should be, make it so we can scroll emails in their entirety and NOT have to click on pages. You have moved backwards with the changes you've made and if you're trying to attract a younger generation, this is not the way.

    I am on AOL for a reason; I hate change! WHY did you just automatically change the view of my emails!!?? I have purposely not changed it because it looks horrible. Bring back my old view!!! Took me so many clicks to even just get rid of spam and trash! HORRIBLE, whomever thinks the new version was the way to go was dead wrong!

    i want my old platform back. stop trying to reinvent the wheel. if i wanted change i would move to gmail not stay on aol since 1994

    I hate the new AOL where is my classic,you even removed the button for us to have a choose.Bring back the old now.

    Totally agree with Tom ! At least, new "Classic" version should have an "Already read" folder so that already read mails disappear from screen

    Please return to the old format - this is remedial at best almost childish- I can't set my emails to show unread at the top - I have to click a button every time? Stupid. There is zero options under settings.

    THIS CHANGE SUCKS, and I should have had an early notice so I could accept or reject the change for me instead of just starting it up on me, and have me lost. I have been on here for 35 some years, and HAVE KEPT YOU when everyone else laughs when they hear I still have and use AOL. Please how do I get back to what I know and am comfortable with OR I will change to another format and home pages. All my email from the VA for my medical concerns are on AOL but I am going to have to look for another place I guess.

    I am very elderly, have used AOL for about 40 years. I cannot cope with the "new new" or "New old" or whatever. BECAUSE I have incurable cancer, am on multiple permanent drugs, MY MIND cannot cope with the new system, it is COMPLETELY ILLOGICAL.
    BUT, a LOT of my interaction with my hospital medical team is by email. And NOW it is VIRTUALLY CUT OFF!!.PLEASE return me to the previous standard system. THANK YOU.

    When using the help option to try and revert to the old system, AOL advises going to OPTIONS, this is no longer there !

    I totally agree Tom, I hope the designers of this new system didn't get paid. I wonder why on earth AOL didn't confer with its clients before destroying their system. Is Trump a major shareholder I wonder. Anyway somebody somewhere needs to rectify this and revert it, I can foresee a lot of people prepared to give up on AOL.

    I need the original version back, new one is awful and no good. The classic is not what I had and there is no option to go back to how I had it. It's like they think we're stupid? And what's with the ads??

    What an awful change! Please bring back the way it was. This is horrendous to use. Shocking AOL!! You should be listening to your users, not just enforcing a change which is so poor.

    LOATHE the new FORCED format - Classic is NOT classic! Bring back the original classic - just like the "REAL COKE", we need a re-do. This "classic" isn't it. No reason to go from page to page of emails when I could just scroll through them, can't "Find all from Sender" or "Related Messages in this Conversation". I want more than one email open at a time - bring back each opening in a new window. I've been with aol since dial-up...But this just isn't gonna' cut it for me.
