How can we improve AOL Mail?

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format. It appears you really don't want feedback... this is not a new idea. I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you

    CHANGE IT BACK to the way it was! I hate everything about this. Visually unappealing. Not user friendly at all. Can't change font size or color. Why in the world would you get rid of what works? I have been with you for 40 years. Show the same loyalty to your customers that they have shown to you. Bring back the old system!

    New email composer is rubbish compared to the old ..... no fonts, no italics, even tab right does not function and jumps down the page. All text writers were better 20 years ago

    Nothing about this version of AOL is improved. It is actually worse than Gmail now....can't scroll down the page to the end of emails-even last years...now have to switch pages??? THAT IS SO GOOGLE EMAIL AND I HATE IT! Everything about the "new" platform made the email staged, stupid, cumbersome and Googly. WHY?
    The revert back option got me excited and then found it wasn't.....It was a cruel joke. Have to scroll down and change at the bottom to get to the next emails...I HATE YOU!!!

    The new aol destroyed all my contact lists. I had several. One is for my high school graduating class. I am in the middle of planning my high school reunion and have updated all their contact information and now cannot get to it to print it out. Thank you for ruining it for me. I may have to buy a typewriter and type the list out again over 300 names. Thank you for nothing. When something is not broken don't fix it!!!!!!!

    totally agree, the new design is terrible. I liked the Old Mail option also. At least give us which option we want

    The new system is not user friendly at all. I can't keep mail marked. I am not able to scroll down easily to find old info that I have marked, which appears to be gone. It is really causing a problem with attachments to send mail. Please restore the old version.

    The changes you made recently are causing my computer to be unable to call up my mail. You teach support helped immensely by putting me back on Basic AOL. You need to fix whatever it was that you changed.

    FYI, my computers and software are new -- on two computers. And both were having the same problem.

    I hate the new layout. I had it changed back (almost ) to the old system then cleared my cache, and boom, the ****** new AOL came back. I HATE HATE HATE it. Do you really want people to leave and use another email, cos THAT is how I feel.

    I pay $37.00 per mo. for e-mail, I don't use any other AOL services. PLEASE leave my e-mail as it was. If this continues I will cancel

    Please. Many of us have been on here since the beginning and if the changes made it easier I would be ok with it, but they make it more difficult. Please put mine back the way it was for the past years

    Agree with the comment above and all those below - the message is clear: this new version is unacceptable and awful! PLEASE allow me to have the old version back, which was excellent as it was much clearer and easier to use. I need access to "OLD". At least allow users to choose by making it available. The options now are rubbish! Please take immediate action. Thank you. Sally Arnold

    what is going on aol? this is not my old format either, how do I get back to classic format? you want to put more add int he old format who cares, let the real classic format be. I am totally lost in this and very upset
