This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format. It appears you really don't want feedback... this is not a new idea. I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you

The new one is hideous, harder to navigate and harder on the eyes.

I had no way to prepare for this change in format! I am currently a Plaintiff in a lawsuit and kept a lot of files in the OLD MAIL folder. Now that folder apparently no longer exists. BRING BACK THE OLD FORMAT!

Totally agree with Stephen (90e commentaire), we are in exactly the same situation.
This is "CRUCIAL" because we have remained faithful to AOL because the "old system" was very well organized, very functional and complete, moreover compared to bold, italic, underlined or colored characters …
Please ADD AN OPTION TO ALLOW US TO CHOOSE THE "OLD SYSTEM" because all our files are structured in the "old system" which again is PERFECT.
With all the very (very) many comments, we all want to believe that AOL will add this OPTION.
THANK YOU on behalf of everyone! -

I can't believe AOL think the new format is better

The old system worked great. It was well orangized. You've made this look like Gmail and I hate it. It's crucial in my business and I've remained loyal to AOL because of it. Nolonger can I see how to make bold, italicize or underline a word. Please give me the old system. I have all my files organized in the perfect old system.. This new one is fraught with problems.

If streamlining was your intention with this new interface, you have failed miserably. Before, I could easily select/sort my columns (sender, subject, date, etc.) with one click of the column heading. Then I was able to sort by sender and use the shift key to select multiple emails for deletion or to move into one of my dozens of folders. I went from 3 or 4 keystrokes to far too many to count. This new interface is time consuming and requires significantly more action/clicks than the previous one. Please set it back. Feel free to email me direct for contact info. As a former product manager for a web-based portal system, I am happy to sit on the phone with your designers to help them get it right.

This new version is awful! I don't think I can blame my age. I am Gen X. But I liked the big print. I liked the simplicity of the old way. Now there are multiple steps needed to accomplish what I used to be able to do in one click. I have used aol for the past 5 years. Somehow in the past day. I have hit something that almost made me delete everything in my inbox, twice! Thankfully this was a multi step process and I was able to say NO that was not my intention!! But never before has this occurred and now twice in one day? And where on earth did the search button go? I could go on. I dread checking my mail now. I absolutely hate this new version!!

Please give me back my old, familiar, not broken platform back! I shouldn't have to scroll to the bottom of a message to see that there's an attachment - it should be visible just below the subject line where it was before; also, it shouldn't be necessary to click an Action, and then click again on Apply or any other key; it took me forever to locate the Print command.
I DON'T WANT THE NEW, BUT WHEN I CLICK ON RETURN TO BASIC VERSION, IT STILL IS NOT MY PREVIOUS, VERY FAMILIAR AOL... -

The task simply filling in addresses that I want to pick randomly has become a chore. The space does not open up to add names, it just continues at the end but I can't be sure if it's adding it until I'm done typing and it's only one line, do I can't see all the names I've added. PLEASE GIVE US BACK THE OLD EMAIL. CAN'T YOU GUYS SEE THAT PEOPLE DON't LIKE THE NEW ONE?

Please give me the old format of AOL mail back. I can't follow the new format. This format is not good. The company should not have switched without the customer's permission. The new form sucks.

I still agree with an addendum to my earlier comment: this is worse than I thought! You can no longer "shift-click" to select multiple messages--you have to click each individual box to select it. Need to bring back the previous GUI.

I absolutely agree that this platform is NOT an improvement. Everything about this is cumbersome, awkward and inefficient. Those of us who use AOL do so because we LIKE the way it WAS.
I also agree that AOL product support is NOT interested in what the PEOPLE want. -

I want my old version back. I cannot compose email like I use to. No font selection, no color selection, no bold or Italic selection, no color selection etc. What can I do to get my email like before?
