This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format. It appears you really don't want feedback... this is not a new idea. I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you

    This new web interface is horrible. I agree with everything that Tom Russo said. Awful, awful, awful. What a nightmare. I have to click and select and click many more times than I used to, just to do the same functions. And having multiple pages, instead of letting me have one, long listing of my mail is terrible. And going back to "classic" is not the old GUI. The font is a horrible, non-accessible font. Let me actually choose to go back to the old interface. Taking away choices is a bad idea.

    I still agree and am adding an addendum to my earlier comment: this is worse than I thought! You can no longer "shift-click" to select multiple messages--you have to click each individual box to select it. Need to bring back the previous GUI.

    This new system sucks...it's way to small print, doesn't do what it's suppose to do. it's an utter failure.

    the "new" AOL mail is terrible and awful and lacks many features that the old classic AOL mail had and now it sucks!!!! Give us back the old AOL EMAIL and do it sooon because this new **** is terrible in so many ways to mention here but I'm sure you heard the same complaint from thousands of users. CHANGE IT BACK TO THE CLASSIC AOL NOW!!!!

    I hate this new look. It is too small. Bring the old one back.

    The delete function in emails is hosed. Why do I have to scroll ALL the way to the top or bottom to delete the email.

    It's more difficult to navigate. Why is more complicated making it new? Give me back my "Classic" email format.

    Search function in AOL Mail has been removed -- NOT SMART!
    Ability to insert boldface/italic/etc. type within AOL Mail has been removed -- NOT SMART!
    This is the kind of stuff that will cause people to drop AOL Mail.

    I hate your new format, how do I get the old one back. I turned the computer on and when I opened AOL it was in this new format and it is terrible.

    There was nothing wrong with the previous format. Why did you change it?
    This platform is not user friendly.
    I want to be able to scroll down to find an email not endlessly having to click from page to page.
    I have lost my 'Old Email' box I want it back. I don't want new and old emails in the same box.
    I have lost the facility to Search for an old email by name. I want it back.
    I want to be able to attach a file using one click, not 3 clicks. I want it back.
    AOL you really MUST listen to your customers.
    If this doesn't change then I will have to go elsewhere.

    I want to get my old mail format back.
    I want to be able to scroll down many many emails -- NOT have to click to move to another page for each set of 20 or so emails.
    I want to be able to see all my DRAFTS.
    I want to be able to rearrange the columns.
    And other things..........

    I have three aol email addresses. Only one of them has been changed.
    On the one that has changed, I did click something to go back, but it DID NOT take me back to the one had that let me do everything listed above.

    i am not a happy person of your service. I WANT MY CLASSIC SETTINGS BACK. i can't seem to do it on my own, your tech support folk were not helpful. how do you people sleep at night knowing that you have disappointed so many of us.

    I WANT MY OLD CLASSIC SETTINGS BACK!!!!!!!

    I need to be able to go back to older email every now and then; I can't spend all day trying to figure out what page it might be on (and that would be dozens) - I need to scroll!
