This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format. It appears you really don't want feedback... this is not a new idea. I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you

    Bitte die alte AOL ANsicht wieder herstellen.
    Ohne zustimmung einem einfach die Ansicht wechseln, das geht garnicht.

    What happened to the Classic AOL. This up grade is terrible. Give me the old AOL.

    I have complained and will also be giving up Talk Talk. The response I have had from AOL Mail is that there is not an option to change back. The fact that when you want to compose an email you are no longer able to change font sizes or styles or type in bold or Italic and change background and text colour, is a huge step backwards just like the people who designed the new version. I've also written feedback on Trustpilot but it appears no one else has about this issue. I think it is worth people doing this as well as leaving AOL mail and like me, Talk Talk, if you are with them as they took over AOL.

    I've tried 6 ways from Sunday to get my old format back. AND I DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR THIS FORMAT! IT JUST APPEARED! THIS NEW FORMAT IS CUMBERSOME AND REQUIRES MORE STEPS TO ACCOMPLISH THE SAME THING. DID YOU JUST GIVE SOME ROOKIE A JOB TO KEEP HIM BUSY? THE NEW FORMAT SUCKS!!!!!

    Somehow my system was changed... not happy. I cannot drag and drop emails into folders, and I cannot paste into an email I am sending a Snipping image, that was easy in the past system!!! PLEASE HELP

    Dislike the new "look". Give me the standard classic set up. What was wrong with it? Change for the sake of change -- what a waste.

    I agree with the comments here completely. This mess is unusable and I am wasting time just trying to write an email. You pretend to give us a choice to return to "classic" but that doesn't work either.

    WHY on earth did you make this change? Why won't you return it?

    This new format is AWFUL!!! I need a spell check button!!! If I wanted one "Inbox", I would use Gmail!
    PLEASE ADVISE ON HOW TO RETURN TO OLD FORMAT!!!

    What happened to the "old Mail" folder?? I had hundreds of important emails stored in this folder, now they're gone!! Trying to run a business here!!

    I completely agree
    if I wanted to work in this way I would use gmail
    I don't want the hassle of having to catalogue all my emails
    Please give us back the old format ASAP

    I hate the new format. Why is this new format constantly being forced on those who DO NOT ask for a change to the format? It is so frustrating trying to figure out where everything is.

    Fully agree with the responses. The new format is exceedingly poor. The previous one was far superior and was much easier to use and provided options to e=mail composition. Please abandon this new version!

    I HATE the new email format. Want the old classic one I have used for decades back. The new is more time consuming and all of the links to articles I have sent to myself to click and open now do not work. If I wanted a change I would have switched from aol to another provider. Loyalty gets you no where apparently. I will now have to gradually switch to another provider. Thanks for the inconvenience.

    THE NEW EMAIL and THE NEW Old email system both SUCK!!!

    If I wanted to use gmail, I would use gmail.

    This new view is awful. It takes multiple extra steps to do even the simplest tasks.

    There is no reason for this unless, you switched from you're existing email servers and service to gmail.

    EPIC FAIL

    Why change what works.
