This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format. It appears you really don't want feedback... this is not a new idea. I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you

    when are you giong to return old format why was past emails deleted this is important for our company if not returned we may have to change to another email

    Agree with all the comments here for the 'new' look and for the 'new old' look. This is not what I want and I do not like that you've made the decision for me.

    you took away my mail that was being saved in my in box there is no mail setting options

    This is my same sentiment. I want to scroll down to view older mail and NOT go page by page.
    I do NOT NOT need all the extra stuff you are trying to force me to use. Your supposed improvement is NOT, again I say NOT an improvement.

    The entire team at AOL who came up with the non-functional "new" format should be fired.

    Simple things like "advanced search" in email are gone.

    An improvement should be an improvement not a compete change to a lessen product.

    Basic features are missing entirely. I can't use shift to select a selection of emails at once. Imap and POP3 are broken when initiated from other services and missing entirely from yours. I can't keep an email as new or mark it unread. The old mail folder is gone. Ads are more intrusive. This is a really bad update: a total fail. People use aol because it's unlike its competitors. When you try to become more like other email services, you remove any niche value you held. It's a really bad strategy. Also your terms and conditions, which you specify to read thoroughly, are nearly 40 pages long. While you're not unique in this, it's still gross. There's no reason you need to view my "name, gender, birthday, locale and profile pictures," in order for me to comment here, particularly when you provide no other vehicle for contact or feedback.

    Hate new format...will leave AOL if not changed back within a week to 'old' classic format...new platform is NOT better - it is utter rubbish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I suspect this will be foisted upon us all with no option to go back to (sanity) and the practical, user friendly format apparently beloved by all on this feedback site. Let us hope that they will do something rare these days....like, listen to their customers!!!

    Can anyone recommend an alternative platform/provider for emails - or should I just cancel AOL?

    I just added a comment and not it's gone! WTH? How about giving me back my old format. I had AOL since 2000....didn't want the change and every time I come on it's changed in some say. Where is "deleted"? Where are old posts? Where is the search area for names or companies? How about some service for an 85 year old lady?

    Please give me back my old format! Every time I come back it's changed. Where are old posts, where is the search area for a name or company, where are deleted posts? I've had AOL since 2000 and this makes no sense to change when not wanted. This 85 years old lady cannot figure out the changes. GIVE ME BACK THE OLD FORMAT AND STOP CHANGING IT!!

    Please let us return to what was working and useful----this new format is awkward and less flexible. It's hard enough for me to keep up with technology that somehow needs to keep adding more than I need, I sure don't need changes that are less useful! You have REDUCED functions!!!! GIVE US AN OPTION TO GO BACK NOW PLEASE!!!

    I hate the se changes. How do you modify the font on an email you are sending. You changed it to look like every other web site and it looks and functions terrible. Consider leaving AOL after 25 years.
