SORTIEREN:
Ich suche verzweifelt die Möglichkeit, die Mails auch mal nach Adressen oder Namen zu sortieren. Das war im alten Design leicht möglich. Auch das Verschieben der Anzeigespalten ist verloren gegangen.

search does work in deleted items, in web version
The search does work in deleted items, in web version. I've tried several times. I know the email is there because I can scroll to it. But if I try to search using keywords in the email, it does not appear!!! Bad programming I guess!!

- Open E - Mail messages within the same browser session - window in a new tab.
- Customise Fonts (Times New Roman, Consolas, Terminal, etc.; Numerical versus Small | Medium | Large Sizes) for E - Mail (Read & Compose) & Calendar.

SORTING PREFERENCE
WHY DO WE HAVE TO KEEP ~~RESETTING~~ OUR SORTING PREFERENCE??? IT SHOULD STAY ON WHAT WE HAVE SELECTED UNTIL WE CHANGE IT TO SOMTHING ELSE. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF HAVING TO ~~RESET~~ IT AFTER EVERY PIECE OF MAIL I READ.

delete buttons
Move the "Delete" buttons away from each other. To easy to delete emails by mistake if the mouse moves up a little and goes onto a highlighted email and the second delete option appears.

new format - lost screen of emails prior to 7 days back
I've lost previous emails that have not been addressed - only shows back 7 days on my screen. If i do a search for something particular it shows up - but I have no idea what emails are still sitting that I need to address because I can't see them!

"Enter" key stopped working to add a line break. impossible to add new line and mail is now unusuable
For whatever reason, today, the "enter" key stopped working to make a line break to separate paragraphs, and I don't see another way to do it.
This makes it completely impossible to format emails and fundamentally breaks writing emails.
This needs to be fixed immediately

Message Deleted Popup
Move Message Deleted box. Right now it pops up over the delete button and stays there. That makes deleting an individual email a 2-step process, since the box stays for a while. I need to delete the box that popped up for the previous deletion in order to delete the current email. Please move the box elsewhere.

Allowing Sortation of Messages Strings by AOL Date of Sent or AOL Date of Received Messages
Although if the Sender to an AOL has collected previous messages, AOL is not able to reconfigure what or how the message has been organized.
It might be that the Outside Senders are collecting random messages for inclusion and their Email provider jumbles up the order of what the AOL then receives. I don't know so I am asking. Google seems to be in the same way. You can connect a message string but need to eye-ball find the message received in the midst of prior messages. I leave it to you to explain, as most likely having had this…

OUTLOOK 2016 ISSUE WITH VERIZON/AOL EMAIL (3RD PARTY APP)
outlook issue:
Have exhausted troubleshooting for outlook mail 2016 application this is a Verizon email account (3rd party application) we have already done the POP server settings, changed the password, and used an app password to sync the emails in but it did not download and sync in, furthermore it replicated the email account for Verizon.

Is there a way to rollover or combine email addresses to using only one? Originally started an Apple ID with an old AOL email address I hardly use anymore. I would like to switch or combine accounts to only using the more often used AOL account. Thanks

When I'm responding to an email that has gone back and forth, put my response back at the top so I can see the message I'm responding to
The whole new mail format is horrible. I am currently going back and forth with a couple of friends in an email, and when I'm responding to the most recent email, it's at the top of the response window while what I am typing is at the bottom of all the emails. I have to keep going back up to see what else I need to respond to, and then I have to go back down, and it is very hard to find the message I am typing because it looks just like all the other messages in the conversation.…
