What happened to the gif button on the bottom of the screen beside the send button? That made AOL easy to use.

When blocking emails, it would be extremely helpful if a user could block ALL emails sent from specific Domainss.
It would be extremely helpful if users could block ALL emails sent from a URL. Currently, Spammer only have to change the email slightly by changing, adding, or deleting one character so blocking SPAM from that sender is a continuous process.

Too much time is wasted with endless verifications!
Please stop asking me to verify my identity two three times a day! Once I put in the password, stop making me go thru a ritual of getting yet another verification. If you would consider how you would feel going thru that two or more times a day, sometimes within minutes of each other, when I am off VPN, you would not do it.

moving email to folder
When I "move" an email to a folder, a copy stays in New Mail. If I delete the copy in New Mail it deletes it from the folder too! Please FIX THIS

Fix the save contacts feature
HELP! I can no longer save new contacts ! I don't know what you did, but please undo it. I have been using AOL since it started. i just want you to make it the way it was. PLEASE FIX THIS!

Hopefully AOL has not been data breached. Never had an issue from AOL until recently. I hope the problem is resolved because I relied on AOL mail because of the added security. Now, we loyal users don't have that same confidence in new data inactivity and simple corrective messages such as "invalid credentials"

Please remove the Split View option or provide an option to have it pop up. Every time I try to file an email into a folder on the left, the Split View screen pops up on the left and then I have to start again to try to file the email into a folder. Frustrating!!!

two-step verification phone calls are not coming through
Lately I can't get a phone call with my sign-in code unless I wait a minute and tell it to RESEND code. Then it works. This happens every time now. What's the problem here?

Why do I need to re-enter my password with a new screen when it is already in my Firefox system permanently?
Please let me have my password automatically entered as it has been forever so that I don't have keep re-entering it on a separate screen page. Why did you suddenly change this today?

Login issue
At login AOL presents: “You will scan a QR code to sign in with a passkey". When I click for the QR Code, I am presented with a case and clicking a flash drive where the QR is supposed be and passkey to create.
I do not see any QR code scan, And the passkey I have created is accepted by my other browsers, mobile phone etc. How come AOL does not provide passkey fill out circles for me to type in my passkey numbers. This all a complete waste of my valuable time even after providing my email address…

Your spam filters keep misdetecting totally legit long-established email senders as spam
Your spam filters are imperfect. You're extremely good at detecting almost all spam; thank you for that. However, bizarrely, quite often you decide that someone I've emailed with for many years is spam! How can that happen? At least you do send it to me, with a note saying we think this is spam; so then I tell you it isn't. But my puzzle and annoyance is: How come your filters ever got the idea in the first place that someone I've emailed with for many years - an employer, in one instance! - could possibly be spam? unable to receive email from specific email add. : contact sender and advised to call AOL : advised to white list the email add.
our email server and it reports that aol is dropping your email. It is rejecting the email as from an "Spam Reporting Address".
You need to contact your email service provider and find a way to "white list"
