Spam Files Not Able to be Bulk Delete
For whatever reason, your latest change to the software makes it impossible to select all of the mail in the spam mail file so that a person can do a bulk delete. Please fix this ASAP

Fix the save contacts feature
HELP! I can no longer save new contacts ! I don't know what you did, but please undo it. I have been using AOL since it started. i just want you to make it the way it was. PLEASE FIX THIS!

Capability to sort email filters.
Rather than manually searching for a particular filter from a list of email filters, I would value the capabilty of sorting filters to facilitate a search.

two-step verification phone calls are not coming through
Lately I can't get a phone call with my sign-in code unless I wait a minute and tell it to RESEND code. Then it works. This happens every time now. What's the problem here?

Take out the automatic double space every time you hit a hard return when composing an e-mail that was just added.
Take out the automatic double space every time you hit a hard return when composing an e-mail that was just added. It is tremendously destructive in trying to compose professional e-mails. And it is completely unnecessary. We can add double space any time we need it. We do NOT need some techy forcing it on us just because THEY think it is a good idea -- but makes us look stupid. Stop making AOL increasingly harder to use as a professional business e-mail client.

E-mail contact search problem!!! - AOL does not listen to customers
When you search for a e-mail address in the top bar via the online e-mail system to put that e-mail in a folder the last e-mail system change that you did causes the contacts complete information to come up on the right side of the window. And then you cannot see what e-mails folders the contacts e-mails are in - they are only partially there unless I reduce the font size. They may be in more than one folder - An e-mail from an attorney or accountant would be a normal reason for this. This is a royal pain **********!!!…

Hopefully AOL has not been data breached. Never had an issue from AOL until recently. I hope the problem is resolved because I relied on AOL mail because of the added security. Now, we loyal users don't have that same confidence in new data inactivity and simple corrective messages such as "invalid credentials"

Please provide a way to disable the "do you want to send the message without any subject" prompt! I send dozens of emails a day without subjects, and It's incredibly annoying and time-wasting to get this prompt EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Can't the old themes still be available?
Why did you take away my theme? I loved it! It was an Asian vibe with cherry blossoms or something similar. I was right in the middle of an email when you updated and WHAM it was gone! WTF? There aren't many themes available-- can't we still have the old ones as well as the new ones?
But thank you for bringing stationery back! It's one reason to stay with AOL.

Can't block a numeric ID that uses different domain names
Filling up block list of same numeric ID that uses different domain names.
Can't add numeric ID wild card domain (e.g., 1234567@.).

fix draft editing
Having lots of problems with AOL Mail, ie having typing interrupted when editing a draft, loosing a draft in the editing file and finding in among saved Draft in a version that can't be edited.

Google mail has an unsend button. Years ago I asked why AOL doesn't and still no unsend button tody. Today I needed to unsend a mistakenly sent email and couldn't. Still no unsend button. Please issue an unsend button. I'm still a paying customer when all the world gets free email service and why? I don't know, just used to the pay services of AOL after using it for 30 years. Please put in an unsend button. TY

The ability to whitelist a domain
Please add the ability to whitelist email domains. I get voicemail to email notifications from my home phone which all go to spam. I have trouble receiving mail from vm.vonage.com and vm.slic.com

reduce the hurdles to reaching one's email account.
It now takes me five clicks to reach my email, whereas it used to take only 2-3 clicks. Why????

Too much time is wasted with endless verifications!
Please stop asking me to verify my identity two three times a day! Once I put in the password, stop making me go thru a ritual of getting yet another verification. If you would consider how you would feel going thru that two or more times a day, sometimes within minutes of each other, when I am off VPN, you would not do it.

Remove the top line for Messages, Photo and Documents
This display prevents me from seeing that i in fact have email. when i open the AOL today it shows "no new email" when in fact when i opne the aol email there are unopened emails waiting. i don't like this feature and can't find any way to remove or close it.
