Make it easier to correct a recipient's e-mail address
Make it easier for users to correct a recipient's e-mail address when composing a message. I don't appreciate having to click on the x to delete the address, then start over and hopefully type it without any errors. It's time-consuming and irritating.

The order of the emails in the inbox is out of order
In the new mail folder the 1st email is from yesterday, the 2nd one is from today, the next ones are from yesterday and then after them it shows some today's email again and the error continues and ocurrs on all the folders. if i click on sort by old to new it sorts them out correctly today, yestreday and then by the date and then if I move it back to sort from new to old it gets out of order again. Add “Forward as Attachment” / “Attach Message” to AOL Mail Web
Please add a native “Forward as Attachment” / “Attach Message” feature to AOL Mail on the web as soon as possible.
This option should work in AOL Mail across supported web browsers, including Vivaldi, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and other browsers, rather than being limited to a particular desktop application or browser.
Currently, AOL Mail’s normal Forward button inserts the original message inline into the new message. The More menu also does not provide a “Forward as Attachment” or “Attach Message” option.

Stop screwing up working versions just for the sake of change
You don't need to keep adding new things, because you keep screwing up old things in the process. The email used to work reliably; now random parts of a conversation go to spam, and the search function fails to find half of the things that include the search term. YOUR AI DOES NOT WORK RIGHT so stop forcing it on us until you get it right.

Where's the Basic version?
You took away my ability to return to the basic version--to switch between them. I used to be able to, but now it's clear you're going to make me use it whether I want to or not. I don't need the bells and whistles here. Just the basic email.

Fake In-box Listings

Receipts and packages. This is a security & privacy invasion!
Provide a way to prevent AOL from tracking receipts and packages. There is no way to turn these features off. The package toggle does not work. AOL should not be intrusive into anyones emails. This is not only a security issue, it is also an invasion of privacy and should be the users choice.

Bad url
Your ads often have a bad URL. My anti-virus software kicks then blocks the site. I can get back in, but it is annoying. Often I prefer not to use the site. Please stop accepting bad url ads.

In Settings > Security and Privacy add "Safe Senders List" to keep emails from going into SPAM
Having 'Block all senders except contacts' doesn't include emails from new doctors, lawyers, or businesses. A SAFE SENDERS LIST enables adding people who are not in our contacts.

RTL not working on RTL languages when composing!
RTL Hebrew Text Formatting Issue – Exclamation Mark Appears on the Wrong Side
Hello AOL Mail Support,
I would like to report a formatting issue when writing emails in Hebrew (RTL language).
When I type a Hebrew word followed by an exclamation mark, the exclamation mark appears on the wrong side of the word. Instead of being positioned according to the right-to-left direction of Hebrew text at the left of the word, it is displayed incorrectly on the right of the.

Add a “Reject / Bounce Sender” Option for Persistent Spam
Suggestion:
Please add an optional AOL Mail feature that lets users reject unwanted senders or domains at the server level, so future messages receive a genuine delivery failure indicating the address is unavailable to that sender.
This could be offered alongside Block Sender and Filters, with clear warnings and confirmation before activation. It would be especially useful for persistent spam because the sender would not simply see successful delivery to an active mailbox.
Please consider allowing users to create individual sender or domain-level “Reject/Bounce” rules while keeping their AOL address active for everyone else.
