Why has "Add Stationery" disappeared?
Please reinstate Add Stationery! From one day to the next, the icon "Add Stationery" at the bottom of the Compose and Reply screens disappeared. I liked the Stationery a lot, used the designs daily, and had some suggestions for improving the feature. But now, although I did not change any settings, there is no stationery available! Why? PLEASE put it back. It made up a little for all of AOL's many drawbacks. Thanks.

I don't like the disappearance of the old mail folder. Everything is staying in the "inbox". Why????
Where is the "old mail" folder??? I don't want my mail remaining in the inbox after I've read it, and I don't want to send it to trash, either.

Make email review font size PC-specific, not just account-specific.
There is a setting for enabling large fonts in email message review. But, we have two people who share the same account. On one PC, the font is much too large. On the other, it is much too small. How do we make the AOL.com font different for two different PC's using same aol account? (thinking IP-specific font choice)

When blocking emails, it would be extremely helpful if a user could block ALL emails sent from specific Domainss.
It would be extremely helpful if users could block ALL emails sent from a URL. Currently, Spammer only have to change the email slightly by changing, adding, or deleting one character so blocking SPAM from that sender is a continuous process.

stop asking me to verify myself after I input my password..... WTF is a password for if I have to get another second six digit code , F***
stop asking for verification, I do not want 2 step verification so it is not enabled and a password is exactly that the key to login to my account...... stop asking to verify its me everytime after I enter my password, then making me go get a 6 digit code from somewhere else..... this is ridiculous... there is nothing in my email that I care about someone having or stealing that is why I do not tighten the security up. this is a complete hassle and I feel like it is bordering harassment. what is the use of a password…

Slow
Everything in my mail comes up so slow! I have had AOL since I began emailing, maybe 20+ years ago? It has been so slow this past year or so. I wait 4-5 seconds for a mail to come up & then when want to put it into a file- again 4-5 seconds. So much time wasted. My ISP said that I should ask you to update the version. I have no clue. Just know it is not the same AOL I used to have. Can you please update my version to restore the faster access please? : ( Fran

Attachment disappears - PLEASE FIX
I use AOL through chrome. When I send an email with an attachment, everything works fine.
However, when I receive a reply from the recipient, the attachment has disappeared and is no longer in the thread.Please fix this so the attachments are retained throught the thread of emails.

moving email to folder
When I "move" an email to a folder, a copy stays in New Mail. If I delete the copy in New Mail it deletes it from the folder too! Please FIX THIS

Allow an email attachment to be opened without downloading it
In previous versions, one could open an attachment without having to download and save it. Please return that feature. If one wants to download and save an attachment, that should be a choice, not a default.

split view
Please remove the Split View option or provide an option to have it pop up. Every time I try to file an email into a folder on the left, the Split View screen pops up on the left and then I have to start again to try to file the email into a folder. Frustrating!!!

Flag email addresses for automatic deletion after 90 days based on Users adding a flag to the email account
Make it easy for users to get rid of needless repetitive messages used by Retail Outlets and others by giving the power to the User to designate which addresses these are. Now, if the retailers get wind of this, they will merely change the support, deal or info before the @eamil.com .org, .... who?! This way the User doesn't have to spend a half hours deleting messages. Thanks.

Date format
Date format is currently stuck in US format... I know AOL was American, but if it's going to be taken seriously as an international organisation, it needs to allow those of us in the rest of the world to use either the international format (yy-mm-dd) which is good for ordering items in date order, or the more usual dd-mm-yy.

Please add a recall sent email feature, perferably with the ability to set time in it, 10 secs, 20 secs, etc...

sent here by tech support on x. Not receiving emails from certain senders.
Since Mon 11/17, not receiving emails from some senders. Don't know all of them. The Athletic, gmail, optonline are a few. I have been told to have senders fill out senders.yahooinc.com. This seems unrealistic since how do I contact their IT department? I don't even know all the senders that have been affected. This was fine until Mon 11/17 when several legit emails showed up in spam. I marked them as not spam.
