  1. Since when you can delete all spam mail? It happened already twice! I should decide when I want to delete.

    My understanding was that spam remains in the box for 30 days. Why are you deleting all the mails for the second time within less than two weeks? This new version SUCKS. Also, why mails in the Inbox open as reply? The old version was much better. Why I get messages that this email is Canadian? Maybe Trudeau manages it because it violates users rights and SUCKS too

    Hi there. Once an email is routed to the Spam folder, it remains there for 30 days. An email will get deleted from the Spam once it has 30 days since it was moved there.   3. Email compose page

    Email recipients list, CC or BCC, takes up almost the entire screen leaving only a small space to write the message. This makes no sense.

    I enter user ID at

    Previous post of this bug got no reply, and was removed.
    Hoping for better this time.
    Also, ALL my previous post (history) have been removed. Why?

  5. I hate this platform, NOTHING searches, In the old platform I could find anything but this one, I find NOTHING. IT IS HORRIBLE. Plus it is

    AOL password works on desktop and iphone but reads invalid on new ipad. why doesn't work on ipad.

  11. Lost Contact List

    I have been and aol member for years. When they changed to the new format I started to miss things, mainly contacts. I'm a teacher and own a small business. It is imparative that I construct lists of names for various things that I do. They have lost many of my contacts and even though the gentleman did his best, the suggestion was to find the letter I sent everyone FROM THE LIST. and make a NEW contact list. What a novel idea. :( How is it the an organization a large as AOL doesn't hold themselves responsible for this?…

  13. Please make your security upgrades without changing the screen format.

    The new site is difficult to use for making a draft page, or sending a pdf. Also, where do I start typing a reply in the text? It's confusing.
    I need a reliable email format to communicate information.

  16. No synchronization between iPhone mail and webpage mail

    When I read, delete or respond to an email from my iPhone (not AOL app), it doesn't update on the web mail page so I have to process each email twice - once on iPhone and once on web mail page. How can I get them syncronized?

    we should be able to create "WHITE LIST" of senders whose emails are not auto routed to spam!

  18. Fix blocked emails from senders which are being returned to them

    Looks like I'll have to take a whole lot of time contacting every agency and friend with a new email address since I can't get a reply regarding many such as my mortgage co, Patreon Subscription, and more who have their emails they send to me only returned to them stating I'm on a spam list. Who knows how many I have not gotten and I check my spam file daily

    After being locked out of one email account and my persistant requests for verification codes, none of these AOL codes work. Being so, I contacted FCC.

  20. AOL's send code doesn't work

    Since AOL thinks there's "suspicious activity" on one my email accounts, it gives the option of sending a code to the main email address to "verify". Three separate times of trying and no code was sent.. No matter, since all my contacts are written down and the dinosaur-ish AOL email accounts will be terminated.....finally.
