GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

I wasn't happy with my email font size; found an answer that successfully allowed
me to change the size from medium to extra large. However, I could not find the adjustment
that will allow my preloaded signature block to adjust to the same size as my new extra
large font now used for my message. As it is now, I must delete my automatic signature block

Not feeling the ash gray and weak black color. Need a real black color and the same for Yahoo.

Please move the toolbar back to the top.
Including Send, Attach, Move, Delete, Forward, Forward all, Etc.
It is very inconvenient and not user friendly at all.
Please change it back.Respectfully Submitted

they dont care...they probably arent even reading these anymore....if they are they are laughing at us as we continue to send our views...thats ok..what goes around comes around....these losers that running this will have nothing to run anymore so they can go on unemployment

Myself and several friends who use AOL all now agree that you can't take AOL seriously as a quality email platform or as a news platform. Aol should rarely revert back to it's old format for it to recover any credibility.

It is obvious in reading these posts that aol is not interested in making any changes or returning to a previous format that was useful. I'm switching to a new provider.

The new UI is a disaster, brain-dead, non-functional; Go back to the previous UI, it is functional and usable. This new stuff is ****.

How much more feedback do you need to "gather"?? WE HATE THE NEW FORMAT! It is not an improvement! You dropped the features that made AOL Mail useful - opening messages in a new window and choosing to see actual email addresses (to better ID spam).

Put the email back to the way it was. It was easy and not complicated. Why would you change something that works well for everyone? You made a change for the sake of change that's all. Someone new got on board and wanted to show case their skills. OK, but put it back because it's more complicated.

aol mail is a hot mess. most people that have aol are older, this is terrible. give the option to switch back. i hate it. why ask if you truly dont care. fire whoever designed this new aol

AOL asks for feedback on the mail changes. All the feedback is negative, so why doesn't AOL return to the previous format?
