GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

I am still wondering what happened to the 14,000 negative comments that were here? Didn't like it so you deleted them? Why even bother to provide an avenue for feedback if you are going to ignore it, or worse, delete it.
New AOL mail is for children. When are you going back to the old AOL? Hello? Hello? Anyone home? -

New AOL Mail is horrible. The search function is incomplete. I have to go through all of the Sent box to find old sent emails!!!!

The older version was easy to use, quick, intuitive ~ all options were clearly understood. The new version is NOT intuitive, options are hard to find, almost hidden... only months later have I discovered one that's only MILDLY useful, and I'm afraid to try other "TOOLS" because they set me back, do things I don't need, and even make some of the site unusable. WE'VE HAD DECADES OF USING AOL, FROM WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED.... NEVER CHANGED TO ANOTHER SERVICE AS OUR MAIN EMAIL BECAUSE AOL HAD THE QUICKEST, EASIEST, MOST EFFECTIVE PLATFORM. THAT'S NO LONGER TRUE!!! PLEASE GIVE US THE OPTION OF RETURNING TO THE CLASSIC AOL.

The new version is not acceptable and not authorized by me. There was no instruction document provided so users have to hunt and peck to use the version provided.
To add insult to injury I was told that the "Original" version of AOL is no longer available. How can management be so callus and not consider the users wants? -

When I look at the section of "notes" in contacts I see only limited amount and can't easily add to it or see what I have--this needs to easier. I use contacts daily!

Go back. putting attachments at the end is stupid. Especially when you are replying to a series of emails with new attachments. Have to go thru pages to find it.

Agree 100% with all criticisms of the so-called new but NOT-improved AOL E-Mail system!!!!! I couldn't hate AOL or its new e-mail system more . . . .

I agree 100% with every bit of negative feedback on your so-called new and (NOT!) improved e-mail format. You have eliminated many features which were helpful. One of the things I hate the most is how the default text for writing an e-mail IS SUPER TINY, and I am required to go into the text formatting to change just about every single line in every fricking e-mail I am writing. The default text should be whatever the writer/user wants it to be, not with what your idiotic tech people have deemed "best". There is soooo much that is absolutely horrible about the new system. I am currently looking to switch out of AOL entirely. It is absolutely just too frustrating. Another thing which I hate second-most is that I cannot adjust the size of the text in incoming e-mail, even though I have clicked your phony option to allow larger text. It seriously strains my eyes to read incoming e-mail on your "new" and UN-improved E-Mail format, on my very large CPU desktop Monitor. I hope AOL loses all of its users and advertisers b/c AOL sucks soooo bad!!!!!! I am already signed in your dorks, so I can't sign-in again in order to post my comment!!!!!!!!

New format is terrible. Half way through switching to g.mail

Please make it so when your are doing an attachment, it goes to the top of the email, like it used to do. Now, it's buried at the bottom and can get lost if there are multiple messages in one email. It's obvious you are not going back to the old email format, but fixing this issue would not be hard to do.
