GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

New AOL mail = New Coke. Both bad ideas. If we do not get the old format back, I will be using G-Mail as my primary and leave AOL for Spam collection. As a long time member, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of intellect in those responsible for such a backward transition.

New version sucks. What were they thinking. I can only surmise they want everyone to leave and use other email services. I know this is a 🦕…but the classic is 💯 times better.

I can't stand this either. It's so busy it gives me a headache and I have to search for emails I might have missed. This is the worst!

The new email format stinks. way less User friendly, I can no longer brag that still having AOL is better. WhereTF is Font SIZE????

I don't like the new version simply because every time I hit the trash can to delete mail it opens the mail instead of deleting it. Once in awhile I can click it just so but 19 out of 20 times it opens it. On the old format I NEVER had that problem. the new format is too much like gmail.

Aol mail changes are ****. I want the old classic mail back. The managers of aol are as bad as their programmers. If anyone at aol had a brain, they would take it out and play with it.

In a time when every other website changed the way they worked for the worse and stuck to it regardless of the negative feedback form the majority of users, it was so nice to check my email and have the same format for decades. Now, not so much.
It's so much slower to do anything now. If you delete your email and then try to click out or switch to another site too quickly, it will stop and say that changes may not be saved and hold you up needlessly. I was just deleting some junk emails, don't stop me from doing that and moving on quickly.
It's nice to have some sort of dark theme to use but even that sucks on here. No theme I found looks good. How do you even mess up a simple dark theme?
I don't spend as much time here as most of these other people do but what little time I spend has now at least doubled because it takes so much longer to do anything. I can only imagine how bad it is for people who actually have to do stuff on a regular basis dealing with the needless slowdowns, horrible layouts, bad themes, missing features and whatever else.
And as a few others have pointed out, can you maybe have less obviously biased "news" articles one way or the other? The obvious bias and disdain from the headlines is sickening. I get that journalists lately aren't real journalists anymore but this is just absurd now.

So AOL got rid of the 14,000 plus complaints that accumulated on here and now make it look like a couple hundred of us are complaining! .....Interesting isn't it ??

Where is the search for lost emails...I HATE this format...go back to what worked well...this is bunk

I bought an Appliance Service plan from Bosch, and when I print, I still get the little worthless 3X5 print in the center of the page. This is a legal document for a guarantee of service from the company. So now I have to log in to get you to do anything?

I was angry at the changes made in AOL mail but tonight took the cake! I could not copy the letter that I typed, I could not save the letter, there was no way on the page to change the font size. Who designed this new program? I thought the ridiculous time wasting changes to Contacts was bad, this is worse. I have been with AOL mail since 2005. If you don't go back to Classic Mail I doubt I'll make it to 2024,

Let us once again choose to go back to the Classic email format. This new one is so difficult to manage. The Contact List is even worse! Please listen to your "still" dedicated users of AOL.

Do you think that we didn't notice that you completely shut down the thread that had over 10,000 negative comments about the horrible new mail?

I agree. I liked the classic look and more options on the font size to use in e-mail.
