they dont care...they probably arent even reading these anymore....if they are they are laughing at us as we continue to send our views...thats ok..what goes around comes around....these losers that running this will have nothing to run anymore so they can go on unemployment

Myself and several friends who use AOL all now agree that you can't take AOL seriously as a quality email platform or as a news platform. Aol should rarely revert back to it's old format for it to recover any credibility.

It is obvious in reading these posts that aol is not interested in making any changes or returning to a previous format that was useful. I'm switching to a new provider.

Please bring back my classic email

The new UI is a disaster, brain-dead, non-functional; Go back to the previous UI, it is functional and usable. This new stuff is ****.

I vote for Classic AOL for all the reason given.

How much more feedback do you need to "gather"?? WE HATE THE NEW FORMAT! It is not an improvement! You dropped the features that made AOL Mail useful - opening messages in a new window and choosing to see actual email addresses (to better ID spam).

Put the email back to the way it was. It was easy and not complicated. Why would you change something that works well for everyone? You made a change for the sake of change that's all. Someone new got on board and wanted to show case their skills. OK, but put it back because it's more complicated.

aol mail is a hot mess. most people that have aol are older, this is terrible. give the option to switch back. i hate it. why ask if you truly dont care. fire whoever designed this new aol

Okay it is obvious you SUCK and you have NO intention and guessing you NEVER did plan on going back the MUCH better older format.

Inconsistent functionality. I'm tired of fighting it!

AOL asks for feedback on the mail changes. All the feedback is negative, so why doesn't AOL return to the previous format?

The new improved email format is worse than worthless.

Nothing flows, just reading my email is complicated..what's this about "yesterday's mail??" Can not use complete "edit" because email is hidden and can not be seen until enough email deleted! The new email is not working for me.

PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZE GIVE US THE OLD EMAIL BACK, PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZE. And if you won't do that, create a platform as close to it as possible to offer as an alternative option. The new "Standard" is unacceptable. Please listen to us!
