THE NEW AOL IS ******* ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely hate this new version. I really want the classic aol back, as many people have stated there option it seems to me aol doesn't care what we think maybe we all should go to outlook. I now have to use my phone to look up something because this new version can't seem to look it up for me.

Perhaps Tech Support would like to comment on this Thread and explain
A) The benefits of this new e-mail
B) Why they are not taking notice of the comments posted by the users of the new e-mail system.

You confuse me. I want out of AOL

Return to the previous version of Email. This new version deletes Emails I want to keep and ones I have not read. It is a terrible program in in this version.

Couldn't agree more. It used to work. Now it doesn't. Give us back the version which worked!

AOL was born in the USA. the first DEMOCRACY in the world. Then give at least the possibility to choose between OLD AND NEW VERSION OF AOL MAIL. THIS IS TRUE DEMOCRACY

AUTOMATICALLY OPENING THE NEXT EMAIL IN LINE WHEN I CLICK THE DOWN ARROW EXPOSES ME TO SPAM.

IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY OPEN EMAIL THAT I THINK IS SPAM.

Of course, since I can't see the incoming email address, there's no way to know it's spam without opening it, but that begs the question.

STOP AUTOMATICALLY OPENING EMAILS WHEN I TRY TO SCROLL DOWN TO SEE NEXT ONES IN LINE
When I open a new email, in Classic I could then click the down arrow and it would show me the next email but not open it. and I could click on down until finding one I wanted to open.

NOW when I click the down arrow after opening email, it AUTOMATICALLY OPENS THE NEXT ONE.

Who is AOL to decide that I want to open the next one? I can decide for myself whether to open the next one. All I want when clicking the down arrow while reading one email is to see what's next, NOT open it.

NEED TO SEE EMAIL ADDRESS OF SENDER IN THE INBOX

No one likes the new, so back to the old. The only reason more don't complain is they can't find the feedback on the new format.

REVERT BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL AS THE NEW FORMAT IS CUMBERSOME. AT LEAST GIVE ME A CHOICE.

Go back to the old email that actually works. I've been complaining about issues since the changeover. Obviously, AOL doesn't care. Time to leave.

MY IDEA IS VERY SIMPLE " GO BACK IMMEDIATELY TO OLD AOL MAIL". YOU WOULD MAKE EVERYONE VERY VERY VERY HAPPY. THE OLD AOL MAIL WAS PERFECT WHY CHANGE IT? NOT CHANGING IT WOULD BE WICKEDNESS!!!
