GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

2 stage verification doesn't work, doesn't send 6 digit code for verification by text, email arrives 10 minutes after times out & phone call says press 1 to receive the verification code and by pressing 1 on the keypad phone call disconnects, Probably the best suggestion is: IF IT'S NOT BROKEN DON'T FIX IT.

This new age, smart phone **** sucks for us old ***** who have had AOL's, not Yahoo's "Classic Mail!!!" Plus this setup must be run by a bunch new age "Yahoos" because it stinks just like stupid smart phones that don't much more than my 15 year old laptop, except spy on every move you make. So I would like to warn everybody to watch over their screen to see just how many corporate giants' AI's are watching them!! Yeah, I sound like a lunatic because according to you I am!! BUT CORPORATE AMERICA'S opinion don't mean squat to this old ****!! Have a nice Corporate day!!l

I don't know what you did to my email, but I HATE IT. The emails are such tiny print, I can't read them & can't figure out how to enlarge the font. I had to change my usual font, because you messed that up, too. LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE, PLEASE.

I cannot stand the new e-mail system on AOL. It is too hard to keep track of everything. Was much easier before. I hate this new way.

I am feed up with this "New" AOL.I can not figure out how to add a new contact to my contact list. I used to be able to go to my contacts, add or delete, or what ever I needed to do; Not any more. I have just spent half an hour trying to add a name to my contact list, my list is still not updated. I never had trouble with the "Old" AOL. Why did it have to change, and not for the better? I hope there is something that can be done. Beam me back in time .

I'm not sure what is happening but the app is responding to my cursor only intermittently. This means I cannot read selected emails, compose emails, manage emails, etc. For some of my correspondence I prefer using aol.com rather than gmail. I have tried restarting the app, etc to no avail. Thank you for your consideration & response.

I have lost 100 messages from my New Mail at a time, this has happened twice! The Search function does not always pull up all of the messages that it should, and sometimes leaves out items that are in the Sent folder and Recently Deleted folder. The inconsistencies in the Search funtion are puzzling. The other thing that bothers me is that we don't see feedback from AOL on what could be causing the issue and if it is resolved.
