Give me back the old/classic email. I'm old and do not adapt to change very well. I have memory issues and new things take me so long to figure out

I can only add forcibly to this comment. My emails are now completely messed up, there are times when Ineed ti send messages urgently and there is no "send" button nor any way to attach files. get it sorted or it will have to ve good-by AOL

Why have you tried to fix something which wasn't broken? Bring back classic!

WHY DO YOU TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS THIS WAY????? You said we could choose, but now we are FORCED to use this TERRIBLE new email.

What happened to the ability to use stationery when sending an outgoing message? I searched the internet and got the response that you need to have a paying account--well, I am paying already because I lost some of my messages and needed assistance to retrieve them. Didn't want that to happen again. What do I need to do to get the stationery option? I miss it.

Why change? Cannot figure out how to delete multiple emails without deleting the ones I need to keep. Really sucks trying to do it one email at a time with all the spam.

Again, I tried this "new" version and told you why I didn't like it. This is ridiculous!

Go back to the old version, this one sucks! I dont want the news mixed in with my emails and I want to select an email and scroll through the ones I want to delete the way I did with the old version!!!!

I've reported this defect numerous times spanning years, but nobody cares. Now you're forcing me to use your defective new platform because there's no way to revert to standard mail anymore.

new aol mail is horrible and super super slow bring back basic mail

Put it back the way it was, stop messing with things that work. The new email box design is really a pain to read, or try to click on to delete ect. Just stop.

THIS IS TERRIBLE! I can't delete UNWANTED email with ease anymore. I have to click each one.

for some reason the go to basic mail option on settings is not available. i need to type basic.mail.aol.com just to get back to basic mail and its not saving

new version sucks. why would you try to fix something
that is not broke. we will be hunting for a new carrier
if this isn't fixed soon
