Please discontinue posting Harris-Walz ads everytime I pull up my AOL account. I have been a life long RNC member and resent the bias approach of AOL. If you posted Trump ads as well it would be different, but every time I pull up one of my aol accounts, I get a full page Harris ad. I've researched her past, voting records, and value positions back to her time as a prosecutor. There is no doubt in my mind that she is a far left socialist with Marxist leanings. I am also very dismayed at the untruths and twisted misinformation in her ads. I have almost 3 masters degrees, 3 certifications as an actuary, and have been in the health care business for over 40 years. I write often on economics and particularly health care economics. The Harris positions on economics especially health care economics are not only very uneducated, but disasterous. Please discontinue posting these ads on my account.

Excuse me, but I am a life long RNC member and was on the Trump health care advisory, 2016-2020. I not only do not like, but resent, that AOL posts Kamala Harris ads every time I pull up AOL. If you also posted Trump ads, this would not be so bad, but it appears you're completely biased. Please discontinue this practice, or become non-biased, and post Trump ads as well. Thanks-Greg

What drivesme crazy is " Why can't we go back to the OLD AOL FORMAT...at least on a voluntary basis? " After so many requests, Ibelieve there is MALICE in this ostinacyin not wanting to return to the old format.

I thought that I had done something wrong to change my format, but ran across this forum. I do not need all the confusion on my e-mail page with ads that I really don't need because of all the other junk mail that I am receiving. I am a very senior citizen (80s) and struggle to keep up with those things I really need to know about my computer.

Please return to your former display for AOL Mail. 1) It was so much better to be able to see the sender instead of an email address. 2) It is jarring, confusing and endlessly annoying to me to have threads displayed. I hate the distraction of the new "Me, John Doe" email format! I have kept AOL Mail as my primary email address for many years despite being ridiculed by friends and business associates --because you did not adopt GMail's format and system. But now it looks like you are trending in their direction. Please hold on to the one system you still maintain that sets you apart: the ability to alphabetize emails within a file! I know I am just a voice in the wind, but thank you for listening anyway.

PLEASE get rid of the pop up that happens after EVERY e-mail sent asking me if I want to turn Notifications. SERIOUSLY, MAKE IT F---KING STOP!!

And give us an option to go back to the old AOL. It's impossible to write an e-mail in the new one b/c as soon as you click CC MORE THAN HALF THE SCREEN is taken up by the Sending Info. This new AOL *really* sucks!!

I agree entirely with all the comments about the new format! I am considering going to another server!

It's my plan to change servers as well. The bewildering changes are ridiculous; this seems to be the consensus, but I don't think the people at AOL care what we think.

How difficult would it have been for AOL to simply allow us to continue sorting our mail by Unread, Read, etc??? I hate these "improvements!"

I am an elderly person, under treatment for cancer and on a fixed income. I think it's disgusting that AOL would remove services just to make a buck. I have had AOL since the internet was dial up. All of my contacts have my AOL address. It will be a monumental task to change to another provider. The worst part is not being able to access old and saved mail, and folders. This corporation and the people who decided to do this should be ashamed.

Your new user interface is not as good as the old version.
I suggest you have a team of people do usability testing before rolling something out.

Your new AOL Mail format sucks and I hate it. If it wasn't broke for God's sake, why can't you leave it alone. You are forcing me after AOL first came out all those many years ago to fricking leave to go to another format which is also FREE! Contacts are now worthless, Address Book omissions now common place, after one or two letters group DO NOT populate, etc., etc., etc In the next 30 days I either have the option to go back to the old AOL Mail format or I'm gone! Don't believe me? Watch me!

If I wanted a change from AOL I would have canceled and gotten a new account with another
email company that I don't have to pay for!!! They are FREE!
