GROUP BY CONVERSATION Toggle On or Off is NOT WORKING!

This feature / setting option is not working! I do not want you to group my email threads. STOP doing it.

    Previously reported a few months ago, and only shows 'gathering information'! WHAT does THAT mean? I just need THAT FEATURE to work! Too many other issues and changes with aol emails that are making it worse to manage.

    This is happening on various email addresses, and despite selecting to turn off the grouping, it still goes ahead and groups it. EXTREMELY difficult to find and follow emails.
