Stop screwing up working versions just for the sake of change
You don't need to keep adding new things, because you keep screwing up old things in the process. The email used to work reliably; now random parts of a conversation go to spam, and the search function fails to find half of the things that include the search term. YOUR AI DOES NOT WORK RIGHT so stop forcing it on us until you get it right.

Who was the moron who decided to have AOL Mail itself choose which email to open next (or open at all), rather than the user? This is not while checking emails on my phone, but on my laptop. I cringe when I access my email on the computer now, because I don't know what this "convenience" might do. You people are going in the wrong direction, taking choice out of the hands of the user.

I always hope that in the end the YAHOO management understands that, no matter how much effort they make the NEW AOL MAIL LAYOUT to meet user requests, will never be able to MATCH the perfection of the OLD AOL MAIL LAYOUT. SO WHY NOT GO BACK TO THE OLD LAYOUT?.Have a good day.

AOL does not care what you think. AOL wants to make AOL and Yahoo clones of GMail. But they can't. Because AOL depends on ads. Original AOL was unique in the options and personalization available, as well as it's ease of use, especially with inserted images. AOL & Yahoo realize that their customers who like the uniqueness and personalization of original AOL may be older than their target audience and that they need to get younger customers. They have chosen imitating GMail to do this. Except they have ads, and GMail does not. GMail has other sources of income and does not need ads. I would love to use original AOL forever. Apparently they feel they cannot survive unless they do something different. But this is not the way to do it. Personally, I wish they would get more customers by building on the uniqueness of original AOL. Apparently AOL/Yahoo disagrees.

I do not like the color options in the new email format. Used to be able to choose almost any shade or darkness. The BLUE in particular is terrible...the darkest option is way too light!!

Have used AOL mail since the '90s. Since the makeover, I now have to use a different mail because AOL mail takes two hours to boot up. Can't deal w/that.

Stop with the arranging emails by dates. Not needed and is a pain.
Why can I not delete all Trash at once now??
Please put the "Search To and From" back and this time make sure it works!
Where is the write emails in a new window feature?
Show actual email addresses not names. No way to copy the address.
For the love of Pete your updates are a royal PAIN!
So many unneeded and useless changes. -

So much time is wasted with this "new email set-up". What possessed AOL to have contacts listed by first name. Yes, you can go to Last names- just another step to waste time. First name contacts may be good for elementary school customers. My physicians for my various cancer treatments are called and listed by their last names.

Stop removing functions!
First, you did away with sorting mail by senders. Now you've taken away the search function. I have used aol mail as my primary email since 1996. But every time you make a revision to the mail interface, you make it less usable. As much as I hate to, I'm about to throw in the towel and go to gmail. I have always hated the gmail interface, but at least they keep important functions available.
Have you you guys ever heard, "if it ain't broke... don't fix it"?
You should really heed that advice. You have taken a user friendly mail interface and turned it into garbage. -

I do believe that they're not responding because they think that the complaints will eventually stop. However, not responding is just making people more upset, and it's very unprofessional. I've already spoken to customer support and they think we will receive an answer, but they don't know when. I've tried looking for an email address for someone on the Executive Team, but have had no luck.
