Although it is possible that my problems with my aol email are primarily due to the age of my computer, it is not by complete coincidence that I had no problems before you changed your email a few months back, and I have had many ongoing problems ever since - and ONLY on AOL email. There must be SOMETHING you can do to remedy the situation, and I, a customer of yours since the 90's, would appreciate knowing that you actually gave this your true consideration at the HIGHEST LEVELS. IMPROVE NAVIGATION TO OLD EMAILS. CANT GO DIRECTLY TO SET YEAR OR BACK EMAILS.
Trying to go to specific emails for a year and unlike prior classic view, Im unable to go directly to year. No option to fast forward or click on pages to get to next. Have to go through all emails from 2024 to 2018 just to get to 2018 emails, takes hours. Also, if selecting all, cant select just for set amount I am viewing, it selects all emails in its entirely from begining to end. Improve the navigation.

I had an awful experience when my phone was lost at the weekend, and I tried to login to my account on a friend's phone to find some contact numbers of people from their email. I was asked for a code which was sent to my secondary AOL EMAIL Account, only that when I tried to find that code I was asked to insert the code for THAT EMAIL ADDRESS to my MAIN EMAIL ADDRESS!!! This is quite ridiculous. It seems if you do not have your phone and your secondary email address is also with AOL, you are locked…

old email version
This new email version sucks. Instead of one small column on the left with files, and the rest being email, it switched to 3 wide columns, and today a 4th. My email list is about 2" wide. THIS IS HORRIBLE!!! I'd opened a GMail account years ago but don't use it. If this isn't fixed soon I'm just moving over to Gmail. This is too hard to read, and the useless other columns/boxes just make it hard to read my inbox, and to type emails - it's just a really bad choice that needs to be re-thunk. I've don't lots…

how to sort spam folder in order of sender?
composed email recipient drop down list doesn't always show all the names in my contact list! I have to go to contacts and click the name to start a new email to them. If this occurs because I clicked the "x" to remove a recipient in the TO box of a new email, please tell me how to get it back to being shown on the drop down list when I type the name in the TO box. Thank you.

When I delete a message from the AOL app on my phone, it no longer deletes from AOL mail on my desktop. This is a major inconvenience.

Composing email starts in English then changes language.
Why does a new email start typing in English then change to something that looks like Russian or Turkish? I can't find an email setting in AOL to force it to write in English.
