In Settings > Security and Privacy add "Safe Senders List" to keep emails from going into SPAM
Having 'Block all senders except contacts' doesn't include emails from new doctors, lawyers, or businesses. A SAFE SENDERS LIST enables adding people who are not in our contacts.

RTL not working on RTL languages when composing!
RTL Hebrew Text Formatting Issue – Exclamation Mark Appears on the Wrong Side
Hello AOL Mail Support,
I would like to report a formatting issue when writing emails in Hebrew (RTL language).
When I type a Hebrew word followed by an exclamation mark, the exclamation mark appears on the wrong side of the word. Instead of being positioned according to the right-to-left direction of Hebrew text at the left of the word, it is displayed incorrectly on the right of the.

When sending email to a group, AOL has created some sort of situation where recipients can not reply all to the group. It doesn't matter if the recipient is aol or gmail, nobody can reply all. The only one who can is myself as the originator. anyone else discover this?

Die Darstellung der Inhalte der emails ist zu schmal, meist wird ein Teil der Nachricht abgeschnitten. Im Gegenzug ist die Spalte mit Kontakte-Kalender-Notizblock...unnötig breit/für mich überflüssig. Wie kann ich die Spalte "Inhalt der Nachricht" breiter darstellen?

you should not expect me to pay $4.99 when you advertisements stick and I cannot use my email
when signing into my email the advertisement block sticks and does not give me the the advertisement but a black box spins with a circle preventing me to not use the opening or deleting my emails. It blocks my email screen.

I miss being able to assign my OWN sound to email notiffication when I sign in. I had Superchicken, and it always made me smile.
Add the choice of either uploading or merely assigning a random MP3MP4/Wav sound to you've got mail. Whoopi is cheerful, but My Super Chicken invariable mad me smile, and set my mood.

year of email does not show up no matter what browser or if use aols native one. show 9/2 and no year after it does not show 9/2/2026
my screen date format changed last night and can not fix it tried to follow steps on internet and aol help page.
