WHERE is the Standard email setting????
Where is the standard email settings? I do not like when deleting multiple emails that it may check 100 than check 180 or more. I LIKE the standard setting for that.

AOL Mail is difficult to access with MS Edge and blocks multiple attempts.
Eliminate the hurdles imposed to sign on to AOL Mail in MS Edge.

missing attachments in email messages
Email attachments over a period of time disappear in email message, and in messages with multiple recipients, or just show file name but does not show the actual attachment.

What has happened to the text accompanying the pictures on the Welcome screen. I don't want to have to click on a picture that has no meani
The Welcome screen lacks text accompanying the pictures with related stories. I don't want to have to click on each picture to discover the content. It is a waste of time to have to do that. All articles don't interest me so I click through them and only read the ones that I want.

on 3/17/26 I placed an order with MARNEIC Confirmation#GLA8CLLXJ $59.46 Paid via ATM card I have tried numerous times to contact the company no results. There is also another company selling the same Item and after contacting them was informed that the order was not placed with them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Invalid email when copy pasting from a website
I just copy pasted a company email and I was getting an error message that said invalid email. I was able to get rid of the error message by typing the email instead.

Mail Filters
AOL can improve Mail by making the rules governing email Filters easy to find and easy to understand. Specifically, it would be very helpful if AOL Mail users knew how many criteria are allowed in each "FROM/contains" section. Without guidance, the user is forced to choose between creating a New Filter for each criterion (for example, in the "FROM/contains" section) and using multiple criteria separated by commas or another delimiter.

Basic Mail
Basic Mail is no longer an option on settings. Bring back Basic Mail. New Mail is way too slow and not functional. You chat support is useless and had no information about this issue.

There is no way to sort by sender, or anything else for that matter. I could do that with the prior version, but now I cannot find it!
Update to be able to sort by sender, sort by date, move email into appropriate folders, and so forth. Right now, users cannot do anything in the latest version of AOL Mail, so that is not an improvement. Very antiquated!!

I'm stuck in New Mail and it's Painfully Slow
New mail is extremely slow and basic mail is not slow. Shouldn't new mail be as good, if not better, than basic? I need to use new mail when forwarding emails that contain links, as basic mail does not allow the links to stay active. I'm now stuck in new mail. I tried to go to Settings, then More, but the option for basic mail no longer shows up. I need to get back to basic. I have tried Chrome and Firefox and still nothing.

FIX IT
CHANGE BLOCKED EMAILS TO UNLIMITED. EVERY DAY UNTIL YOU FIX IT!!! SUCH A SIMPLE REQUEST, YET AOL IS REFUSING TO DO IT TO HELP THEIR USERS.

Better screening of advertisers!
On AOL emails, I just clicked on Laurel Jacobs Ad 'Waldwick Seniors Turn to..." by mistake (at the top of my list of unread emails) and got a security virus scanning Alert that it prevented my computer from getting a virus! You sell tools to maintain the health of computers - right? Why would I ever depend on one of your products when you are the ones creating risks?
