FIX THE REPLY TO BE AS IT WAS SO THE HEADER MAY BE CHANGED AS I REPLY
It is impossible to reply to one person and change the header of the message as I go to reply.

deleting emails
Something weird is happening - when I select a few emails to delete, it also deletes other emails that weren't selected. Then I have to spend time going into trash to put those back into inbox. Since you are forcing users to use this horrible change with AOL I'll continue to post glitches because THERE ARE A LOT OF THEM!!!!! This was never tested by people who actually USE AOL!!

Idea Page
Please consider adding dates to the topic-date created; date of the last comment and date of the last AOL response. It doesn't make sense to open each one individually to find something that may relevant today. Especially when there are several Ideas submitted for the same topic. Filters
Please provide an option to Run the Filters once created. I've created rules but don't know when they will actually activate so I'm batching up the e-mails already in the In-box and taking the action I've created the filter to accomplish. I believe this feature existed in previous versions and may have been removed at some point.

Only mark read if I have opened it not if the cursor lands on it
Stop making an email read just because the cursor lands on it. There are emails I want to take the time to read and I can't because the cursor lands on it and automatically makes it "read" and it vanishes. Now I can't even remember who it was from because I didn't notice. I used to have about a dozen emails I wanted to deal with later and now I have 3. I hate this!!!

Prefer a more solid looking font in news articles, etc., that can be enlarged.

Allow the ability to copy a list of emails from an existing email list and use it to create a new email
Allow a user to highlight all of the email addresses in an existing email and use them to create a new email to send.

I think you made changes in your NEW AOL EMAIL so that people will buy a subscription.
These changes are worst than what Microsoft does to us. Please do not FORCE us to conform to your stupid design.

Remove the day of the week ie 'Today, Monday, Tuesday.. etc.

return to original msg after replying
In the new format, after replying to a message the original message goes into the OLD MAIL folder. I prefer returning to the original message and then moving it into another folder if I need to save for reference. Can't figure out how to return to the original message after I reply. Settings have some about Mark as Read - Immediately, 2 seconds, 5 seconds or Never but doesn't seem to work or can't figure out how that works. If anyone has an idea, let me know.

Multiple Issues with New Email
I am listing most of the issues with the new email that I find aggravating, confusing or needlessly complicated
1) Address Book--seems to sort by default to First Name. WHen I switch it to Last Name, it eventually loses my sort and reverts to First Name
2) Address Book---why is "delete" not there when you are reading an email from someone and their info is in the sidebar. Even if you click on Edit, the "delete" option is not there
3) EMAIL---I have an auto sign to my emails that is my name and address. If I delete that manually,…

Webmail Themes
AOL,
Can you please add a few more email themes, even just a small number? A few more solid colors, and maybe a few holidays like Christmas, Halloween, and Easter? Or port over the graphics and borrow some of the existing classic mail themes? They copied the themes over when they created the 2012 mail interface (what we are now calling classic mail)
I am going to miss the fun themes if/when the classic webmail goes away.

New random issue: Randomly, Enter and Backspace don't work
Browser version of AOL: Randomly, I sometimes can't type in my e-mail replies, then typing works again but hitting Enter doesn't. Then it effects the Backspace button.
It's bad enough that windows don't open separately anymore, forcing us to lose a LOT of real estate when writing e-mails, but now -- as of last week -- just randomly these things will just stop working Enter doesn't work. Backspace only works if I type NEW text (not if I place the cursor near EXISTING text). I have to RELOAD the page to make it stop. This happens randomly in Replies only…

I talked to AOL twice. First time he didn't know how to allow me to copy my TO: emails to BCC: emails. 2nd call she was able to figure that out. But the real critical problem is I need to copy all my emails in my contact list (over 200) to Word and Excel. I was told I would have to copy each email (over 200 of them) to where I want them to go. I cannot believe that AOL doesn't have a function in this time of technology to do it simplier. Can't Send Email To Cell Phone
With Old AOL Email I was able to send a text message to a cell phone. As an example: 2123222935@vtext.com (for Verizon). I also can't add an email contact either. Why not? And this is better, go figure!

Old Mail Reverting Back to New Mail
Mail that has been read and moved to the Old Mail Folder after reading sometimes reverts back to the New Mail Folder, causing users to think that mail reverted in this way is actually New. Please investigate this misfunction and fix it. This will save users time, anguish and confusion.

Calendar won't print correctly since New AOL
Ever since the AOL "update" the calendar will not print correctly. It looks fine until I go to print preview. There you can see that the previous month and the next month are out of proportion and come down into the new calendar. I have chatted with your team and nothing they suggested helped! Please put the old calendar way back! Is anyone else having a problem with this?
