Why can't we block senders of **** from our spam? Why are we forced to see violent **** comments in AOL?
I was told we can't block more than 1000. Why? Why are we forced to read **** in our spam? It's disgusting and violent.

Take out the automatic double space every time you hit a hard return when composing an e-mail that was just added.
Take out the automatic double space every time you hit a hard return when composing an e-mail that was just added. It is tremendously destructive in trying to compose professional e-mails. And it is completely unnecessary. We can add double space any time we need it. We do NOT need some techy forcing it on us just because THEY think it is a good idea -- but makes us look stupid. Stop making AOL increasingly harder to use as a professional business e-mail client.

E-mail contact search problem!!! - AOL does not listen to customers
When you search for a e-mail address in the top bar via the online e-mail system to put that e-mail in a folder the last e-mail system change that you did causes the contacts complete information to come up on the right side of the window. And then you cannot see what e-mails folders the contacts e-mails are in - they are only partially there unless I reduce the font size. They may be in more than one folder - An e-mail from an attorney or accountant would be a normal reason for this. This is a royal pain **********!!!…

Please provide a way to disable the "do you want to send the message without any subject" prompt! I send dozens of emails a day without subjects, and It's incredibly annoying and time-wasting to get this prompt EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Slow
Everything in my mail comes up so slow! I have had AOL since I began emailing, maybe 20+ years ago? It has been so slow this past year or so. I wait 4-5 seconds for a mail to come up & then when want to put it into a file- again 4-5 seconds. So much time wasted. My ISP said that I should ask you to update the version. I have no clue. Just know it is not the same AOL I used to have. Can you please update my version to restore the faster access please? : ( Fran

Can't the old themes still be available?
Why did you take away my theme? I loved it! It was an Asian vibe with cherry blossoms or something similar. I was right in the middle of an email when you updated and WHAM it was gone! WTF? There aren't many themes available-- can't we still have the old ones as well as the new ones?
But thank you for bringing stationery back! It's one reason to stay with AOL.

AOL removed emails i was saving without being told to do so. Perhaps for political content in violation of my First Amendment.
AOL removed emails I was saving perhaps for political content in violation of my 1st Amendment Rights I have not been censored since winding up in FB jail. I will not have my account, that I've had for 40 years since I paid for it, violated in such a way. The emails were from Prometheus. Is AOL the next class action suit to be filed? How many others have had their accounts violated in such a manner? I will be posting this on X.

1) Place ACCOUNT DELETION in a place where one could find it without losing it!!!!!
2) When one finally deletes an account - IT SHOULD SAY ---> DELETION SUCCESSFUL!!!!
AND BY NO MEAN ERROR ---WHY???? Basic login ---> we are NOT TRYING TO LOGIN!!!!!So I hope you improve AOL and remove all these ilogical nonsense!!!!

no option to view images
I have images disabled by default. There used to be a button to view images if I wanted to. The button was removed and now there's a message that says "External images are now safer and shown by default." and tells me to change my settings. I'm not turning images on by default. Give me back the button to view images.

Beta Testing Snafu
In the middle of a business day, my entire interface changed (fonts, spacing, my signature, boldness/lightness of texts, etc.). Things were indented in old emails that weren't before. I freaked out and called AOL. After an hour and a half on the phone, Michael, my tech rep, said that this happened because I was randomly selected for Beta Testing! Are you kidding me? What right does AOL have to change everything in my email interface in the middle of a business day. I had to spend half an hour reformatting my signature because all the spacing and fonts were screwed…

HACKED... when we add email to our phone it's duplicated by a gmail; I lost all of my contacts deleting that account that was meant for Aol
I had a gmail account that was exactly the same as my AOL. That account was hacked but still exist, so when I was forced to download my AOL account on the phone gmail made it exactly the same as my AOL account which I already had a gmail with the same name, so when I tried to find the account, gmail sent me the old account and I lost all of my contact sunk into the new gmail they created. I already had a gmail with that name; now I want to know how to get those contacts back…

Display the next message
It used to display the next message when I deleted as I read, but it stopped doing that, even though all the setting are still correct. I changed them and put them back but it still doesn't work. How can I fix this problem? Deleting cookie & browsing data had no effect either.
