  2. I can't see all emails together from a sender. How do I do that?

    I used to be able to sort emails by sender by clicking at the top of the page. Then I could get rid of spam and find mail from people I wanted to see. Now, I can't see if someone sent me mail without going through everything. BRING BACK THAT FEATURE or tell me how to do it now.

  6. sent mail no longer in sent folder

    I have been using AOL for decades. During a 3 year period, AOL says I have no "sent" emails? WTF? This is not only false, but crazy bad as some of the sent information may be critical for me to have retained? How can AOL send an email and then not retain the email you send in the "sent" folder?? This needs to be fixed, and the 3 years worth of sent emails restored. As a loyal AOL user for probably 30 years, I'd hope AOL gets things back in order. thanks.

  7. enlarge and bold print

    I have tried to use the enlarge print on settings. But it is still very small and not bold print. Is there a way I can make the print even larger? Seems it was larger a few days ago and suddenly it is very small and not as dark as the print I am typing to you. Please advise.

  12. PROGRAMMING WEAKNESSES IN NEW VERSION OF SOFTWARE

    ON ENTERING A NEW CONTACT.

    The indexing of this, in a browser, (firefox on Win 7) is so slow the system is useless, You have to wait minutes to get the new contact to show.

    Do it the other way around, eg enter the new email addy at the "compose" line, then you cannot add the Contact to the Contacts database = contacts list.

    Both failings are design weaknesses.

    No use designing a web - based system which does not actually take account of web features - like slow response times, or dozy indexing or whatever the problem is.

  13. GARBAGE PROGRAMMING FAULTS IN NEW VERSION OF SOFTWARE

    ERROR IN SOFTWARE

    AOL IN FIREFOX. ON WINDOWS 7

    If I send an email, the Sent Message is recorded in the Sent Mail, box.

    If I then draft a FORWARD of that email, to a third party, eg fio, with a comment, and place that "revised sending" in my "drafts" mail box, ready to send, THE COMMENTS ARE ALSO STORED ON THE ORIGINAL SENT MESSAGE. THAT IS TOTALLY WRONG AND STUPID. THE ORIGINAL "AS SENT" IS POLLUTED/CORRUPTED.

    Mail that has been successfully sent (my email address was on the distribution list), is not added to the Sent Mail Folder. It does appear in the New Mail list. Please fix this major fault.
