Update the SPAM Blocking Features...
Allow blocking for ****@ (Example... AOL@)
I get 20-30 spam emails a day from 157118052@aaddto***** (with different domains by a few characters).
My SPAM allowance is full because of this.

Allow Group By on Sort by Date to be turned off
Allow the Group By (Today, Yesterday, Tuesday, etc.) when sorting emails by date to be turned off. The Group By sections are distracting.

Please solve my problem of repeated email resends with verizon DSL using outlook email
I use verizon email via DSL conection with outlook application. When I send an email with a large (approx 2 MB) attachment, I get repeated resends of the email & the email message stays in my outlook outbox. I've worked the issue with "Assist by AOL", "AOL Live Support", "HP Smart Friend" and with Microsoft Levels 1 &2, Lastly I've worked with a microsoft level 3 escalation engineer for more than 30 hours, She's repaired outlook, uninstalled and reinstalled outlook, reinstalled office 2021, and created a new outlook profile, but verizon outlook email is still not working properly.The outlook outbox…

New AOL does not have new and old mail
I know it is dated, but many of us are used to "New Mail" and "Old Mail"
I like inbox zero. Please bring back in new version of mail.

All photos in email message missing showing broken picture icons.
Why is there problems again with photos images in messages? There is literally no way to fix it. Every option listed has no fix for this.

BCC
Please add an option for setting a standard CC or BCC to use in all emails.
I access email from different devices and have to enter my address as a BCC each time or waste time going to the Sent folder.

Increase number of blocked emails
Please dramatically increase the number of email addresses which can be blocked. The current limit of 1000 is simply not enough to deal with the constant stream of spam emails which we all face these days.

Rich Text Format Controls Missing
The controls for turning rich text formatting on and off appear to be missing from the new interface. These are important to users who prefer to send plain text (no rich text formatting) email by default (for security reasons) but who wish to be able to forward a formatted email from time to time.

Member doesn't like the advertisement in the aol mail.looking for options to turn it off if its possible hoping for that.

I tried the new format you have for AOL mail. I switched back to the original because of the right side bar to the right of the screen kept opening every time I opened a new mail. I couldn't keep it to stay in the closed position. Plus it never showed anything. I gave this as my reason for switching back. I later remembered another feature I didn't like. With three children, sometimes I need to keep some emails open. In the original format, I am able to open those emails in a separate window. Which keeps me form having…

Change order of inbox columns
I prefer the ability to change the order of columns in the inbox (like I can on classic). This enables me to have the delete button closer to where my eye is (reading the subject line) than far off to the right... so my cursor and eye are aligned for better usability.

Text Size
I am trying the NEW AOL mail and am so far pleased. I would like the option to make the text size - specifically the email sender, subject larger directly in the app. I see the comment about Zooming text size, but I don't want to keep toggling that in and out as I change bac forth to other tabs.
