  1. Restore Button for contacts was not working

    lost the contacts and the aol mail and restore option was not clickable and its not allowing to proceed on restoring the contacts that is missing.

  2. Go back to classic.

    New email is horrible. Why do I have to click on an envelope to get to read my email. Doesn't automatically show in the left hand ledger??

  5. Lost Contact List

    I have been and aol member for years. When they changed to the new format I started to miss things, mainly contacts. I'm a teacher and own a small business. It is imparative that I construct lists of names for various things that I do. They have lost many of my contacts and even though the gentleman did his best, the suggestion was to find the letter I sent everyone FROM THE LIST. and make a NEW contact list. What a novel idea. :( How is it the an organization a large as AOL doesn't hold themselves responsible for this?…

  6. Please make your security upgrades without changing the screen format.

    The new site is difficult to use for making a draft page, or sending a pdf. Also, where do I start typing a reply in the text? It's confusing.
    I need a reliable email format to communicate information.

    After being locked out of one email account and my persistant requests for verification codes, none of these AOL codes work. Being so, I contacted FCC.

    When I try to open email late at night AOL says I'm offline. I'M NOT OFF-LINE!!!

    Keep getting McAfee return notices. Never had McAfee.

    I thought I was deleting spam and the next thing I know, all my email had disappeared. I don't know what I did. I checked every folder I have but they are not there. I keep checking hoping that they are there but I missed them. :(
