  3. Have constant problems with new email setup.

    Have problems getting and sending mail with new setup. Missing emails are getting worse. The mail that is getting thru, half is marked as spam even when the sender is in my contact list.

  4. For some reason I cannot see previous emails as I used to? Did something happen preventing this from happening? I need some info

    Please go back to your old process where I am able to see previous emails when putting N address in the search bar.

  5. once again, 'recovery' email code not sent by AOL

    As time went by, AOL one of the most bogus email providers on the internet. And once again for the 10th time, their 'recovery' email code is not sent.

  8. Contacts don't work

    And here's yet another thing about how the new CONTACTS is totally unbelievable frustrating:
    The CONTACT list decides all by itself where it wants to put the names. It has it's own INSANE logic and so now, NOTHING is in the right place.
    Plus - as if that weren't enough - I do NOT want SOME of my contacts disappeared off the screen and I have to fetch them with an arrow. This is just so incredibly difficult and totally inefficient and unworkable and exasperating. To go through all these prompts when previously you just clicked on a nam on…

  9. Duplicate and Triplicate Emails

    Recently, outgoing and incoming emails are arriving and being received by recipients in duplicate and triplicate copies. Please investigate this problem and fix it.

  10. New system is inefficient, I am NOT getting my messages. The NEW system does not allow for saving a specific email. Font is NOT changeable

    i cannot change font size in particular email. I do NOT get all messgages sent to me. Messages deleted STILL APPEAR.

    NEW SYSTEM IS A STEP BACKWARD. WHAT MORON OKAYED THIS CHANGE? Bad more.

  11. new interface less convenient! it does not automatically delete emails on my computer

    The new interface is causing me more inconvenience! I don't like it. For instance... When I delete an email on my phone it does not automatically and instantly delete that same email on my computer like the old interface did. Now I have to sign-off and sign back on my computer to delete an email. Please bring that feature back!

  13. change my entry format...put date of entry back in, etc. I don't have a smart phone!!!

    You changed your format, and I'm not sure I like the choice I made, so can I try the other format? I think I made the wrong choice. I want a date in front of the entry, get rid of the box at the beginning of an entry...
    You gave two choice, and I believe I chose the wrong one. Please change me to the other one.

  15. Stop prompting to save passwords to other companies

    When I click on a link to another companies' website in AOL email, AOL interrupts and prompts to save the password to the other company. I do not want AOL to do this. It is an aggravating nuisance. Please discontinue it. Thank you.

  16. There are so many problems with your redesigned aol. Where to start? Attachments don't open. When composing an email, many problems. good

  17. Contact list additions

    I am able to add new individual contacts but can't add these to various lists. When I try to add an existing contact to a specific list the Save icon does not light up and I'm unable to do so. However the Delete icon does light up !

  19. It's too light, we cannot see the wording, the search bar is HORRIBLE cannot find or locate any of my documents, only retrieves old things

    It's way too light, we cannot see the wording, or the letters, they are grey not black, and the search bar is HORRIBLE cannot find or locate any of my documents, only retrieves old things - WHen I search I only get stuff from a year ago. he new Search does not work, it used to work with the old platform. but not now.
