  1. some emails not showing up

    Several people told me they sent emails, my family included, and they've never shown up! I check my spam every time I check my email and they aren't there, they've just disappeared!

  2. i really need a new email carrier - I am sending documents to myself and I can't open them other people are sending me documents and i can't

    I need a new email carrier - this new aol sucks beyond belief - I am sending documents to myself and I CAN'T OPEN THEM other people are sending me documents AND I CAN'TOPEN THEM - Im' moving to microsoft whic his a HUGE pain ********** but this aol is the worst

  3. "Your mail is temperoraily unavailable" A LOT!

    Ever since this new mail rollout, I've seen more and more of your "Your mail is temporarily unavailable." page. It's getting to the point where this is almost a daily occurrence--and I have no problem connecting to other site when it happens.

  4. Page not available The requested page is not available on Mail. Learn more Go to Inbo

    Everytime I try to login to my emaill I get this. I then click on blue box that says "Go to Inbox" then I can access my email. This is stupid aol!!!!!

  8. I don't know what we just did, nor how to follow it...I'm just following instructions

    PLEASE...return to the classic version. Many of us just use this as a back up phone. I don't even have it turned on every day. I just followed instructions. Remember when you're over 80, some of this stuff just doesn't make sense to us.

  11. Where is my past?

    I have had AOL Mail since 2005. The emails my brother wrote to me when he was stationed overseas, pictures, especially the ones from my old phones, my receipts, were all on here. Now, there is nothing. I tried to get support, but was told there isn't a new system, and to continue the call I need to pay them. I feel so robbed.

  12. Stop sending some incoming emails directly to Archive, skipping Inbox

    Currently, some of my incoming emails are skipping the Inbox and going directly to Archive, causing me to miss them. I have no filters setup, so that is not the issue. I've tried adding the senders as contacts, and manually restoring the emails to Inbox, but new emails from those contacts continue to go straight to Archive.

    So Frustrated because I cant find old emails longer than 2 weeks old.
    Never had this issue before. Can this go back to the way it used to be?
    If not I don't see a reason to stay with AOL. It's the history of my years of use that has kept me a customer.

    MUST BE TOO MANY NEW USERS. USERS ARE COMPLAINING "TRYING TO 'LOG IN' TO MAIL TAKES YOU TO 'CREATE NEW EMAIL'." THEREFORE UNABLE TO ACCESS MAIL. GREAT!!! JUST GREAT!!! I JUST STARTED A NEW ACCOUNT THERE AND FORWARDED ALL OF MY MAIL THERE!!! *!!!!!!!

  16. Since when you can delete all spam mail? It happened already twice! I should decide when I want to delete.

    My understanding was that spam remains in the box for 30 days. Why are you deleting all the mails for the second time within less than two weeks? This new version SUCKS. Also, why mails in the Inbox open as reply? The old version was much better. Why I get messages that this email is Canadian? Maybe Trudeau manages it because it violates users rights and SUCKS too

    Hi there. Once an email is routed to the Spam folder, it remains there for 30 days. An email will get deleted from the Spam once it has 30 days since it was moved there.   17. AOL's send code doesn't work

    Since AOL thinks there's "suspicious activity" on one my email accounts, it gives the option of sending a code to the main email address to "verify". Three separate times of trying and no code was sent.. No matter, since all my contacts are written down and the dinosaur-ish AOL email accounts will be terminated.....finally.

  18. Attachments Won't Download

    On the mail version contact list, there's a hundred unknown contacts added that I know nothing about. And when we tried to check it on basic version, seems like it's not showing. This should be investigated further.
