Contacts Missing
My contact list has disappeared from my account. I have years of colleagues, family and friends I can no longer contact. Message says NO CONTACTS AVAILABLE. When I try to restore contacts, another message says, RESTORE NOT WORKING. TRY AGAIN LATER. Have called tech support twice in 3 days and had no solution.

ALL MY NEWSLETTERS HAVE STOPPED ARRIVING IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS!
About 2 weeks ago, all of a sudden, almost 100% of my INCOMING MORNING NEWSLETTERS stopped arriving along with any bulletins which they send during the day. I subscribe to some of those newsletters, and I am not receiving them. I called AOL and probably spent at least ONE HOUR ON THE PHONE. The rep could not find any solution. Hello. I cannot connect to my mail, since the two factor identification says 'invalidd code', and it worked since the beginning of the year. I have not done any change to the authentification Method (Microsoft Authenticator). Why ?

Suggestions in the “To:” tab will not delete after deleted
Everytime E-Mail names are deleted when suggested they return. Please fix so they are cleared

When I delete or move an email, a confirmation flag appears at the top of the inbox. That confirmation covers up the delete button.

How do I opt out of two factor authentication, it can't seem to find my cell phone most of the time.
The last time I tried to get out of two factor authentication the only options where to get into two factor authentication not out. I don't need the security, it's a general pain and your system can't seem to find my cell phone lately.

Get rid of 2 step verification as it is almosy impossible for us to do and creates a scam from third parties who try to make you pay for a new subscription. One tried to get me to pay $48 per month and lose all my contacts and save emails.

Please quit asking for account user verification at every signin from my desktop, my phone is broken! I cannot get text. And asking me to press #1 won't happen, I can only use voice to answer the phone, it doesn't have a working screen to press 1. Have an alternate option like another email address or optional phone number to send verification codes to please.
