More than one saved emails will send without the body message included.
Saved emails that are forwarded later will not include the message body if more than one copy is saved to be forwarded to different multiple recipients. Please fix this major fault.

Don't Cut Off Right Side of Email
Today, March 1, 2024. aol changed the format of the inbox. It now cuts off the right side of the message. I want to change it back. How do I do that?

Change it back to the old system
This new system is Terrible, Nothing like the old one, not really usable. Adverts driver you insane. We now have Giagaclear cabling in our lane, so am going to change - It's also cheaper and faster. So Good by AOL

Font Colors need to be same as in the old classic email. I miss the color selection.d

Documentation for Filters
The "Filters" documentation assumes we know what "From" means (or Send, Subject, etc).
I receive email From
"American Home Warranty Affiliate oixsdf@asdflkfd.com".
If my filter says: If From contains "American"... Will that apply to this email? Or do I have to reference the random string "oixsdf", which changes with each email (and would make filters useless)?Are Filters case sensitive? Is
From "American" the same as
From "american"?Which brings me to a related point - It would be VERY useful, both for testing new filters, AND for catching up with 4500 existing emails, if Filters could be applied…

AOL Mail does not work with Windows XP.
I use the Firefox Browser on my Windows XP desktop.
In May 2024 I could see my emails using AOL Mail in the browser.
Now in June 2024 it will not show me all my emails.
I did open an email, but it would not let me close the email.
On the right side of the screen there used to be ads. Now that part of the screen is blank.
Would like to go back to pre May 2024 AOL Mail, or please correct the AOL Mail software so it will work…653rd ranked -

AOL's new Search failure -
when doing a SEARCH, AOL no longer searches the TRASH or SPAM folders. WHY NOT ????? The folders are still e-mail. or else give an option to search these

Please remember selected sort function
Please make it so the selected "sort" function remains the same unless changed by user. People prefer their mail to be sorted in certain ways and once selected it should not automatically revert the to a format they do not desire. Thanks

The search function does not work well at all and does not search all mail.
Bring back the old search function. The search button that was by the compose button functioned effectively and one could actually FIND what you were looking for. The current button does NOT locate all the searched for emails. Very frustrating.

A problem I'm having
My AOL account got hacked recently. I changed my password as a result. I'm not getting any "New Mail", however new mail is showing up in my "Recently Deleted" folder. How can this be corrected? Thank you.

Make bold subject after reading an email and then marking it unread and leaving in inbox.
sequence:
1. I read an new email (which is bold and in "new"
2. I then select "Mark Unread"
3. When I return to my inbox it shows up as unread but is no longer bold font. I think anyting marked unread should be bold.937th ranked
