Not fit for purpose.
I can't tell you now much I hate what you've done with my email.
The font is uncontrollable. If I choose the best of a bad lot, it doesn't stick.
If I alter the spacing of my paragraphs, the font size shrinks for everything below that so my emails look as if they were sent by a 5 year old. It's embarrassing.
If you refuse to change it back, which is obviously the case,. at least make sure this version works.

How do I delete a wrong attachment!!!!
I have just attached the wrong file to an email and I can't delete it unless I delete everything I have already typed!!! What a superb improvement!!! Whoever is paying AOL programmers to ***** up what was a very KISS system ( Keep It Simple and Stupid) are getting their monies worth. I have never come across a program with so many problems that has been put out for use to the public and no notice is taken by the programmers to fix simple but glaring problems

autocorrect spelling while typing
WHEN are you going to restore AUTOCORRECT SPELLING WHILE TYPING???? It works here. It is essential to have this function restored when typing an email. Four autocorrects just showed here as I was typing. Absolutely essential.

Please bring back the old email format.
Please bring back the older email format. Contact Groups are now much more difficult and many n0n-spam emails are being directed to my Spam folder. You are frustrating many, many people with your changes. Leave well enough alone.

Allow for scheduling the sending of new emails in the future
would like the ability to send emails, to be delivered at a future date and time of my choice. Currently I have to go to leave AOL Mail and do this in Apple mail where it is available and a great tool.

Do NOT remove the email stationary
I noticed the email stationary is gone from the AOL app, it is also gone from Yahoo Mail as well. I am asking that you leave it alone on AOL Mail. It is a feature I use often and I am already very unhappy with the new webmail. If you take this away from me I will make the switch to Outlook.

Option to not trap spam emails.
Make spam checking optional. Let me handle it in my PC's email app. I'm tired of waiting for emails only to find them hidden in YOUR spam folder!!

When I delete an email from the notification on the lock screen of my iPhone, that email does not delete from my aol inbox
Deleting an email from the notification on an iPhone or in the iPhone app should delete that email completely from my aol inbox

cannot move saved mail to old mail
Please allow me to move Saved Mail to another folder. I just tried to move an email to the old mail folder and it won't let me. I cannot even move it to New Mail.
Also, PLEASE stop automatically opening new mail. It immediately gets sent to Old Mail and I miss critical emails.

Dear AOL
You must have unlimited server space since you make it difficult for users to delete their mail in batches. I sort by sender in my INBOX, i filter by Bed Bath and Beyond, check the all box, to find out its pulling my saved mail as well. WHY. I just want to delete what is in my inbox by sender only. On emails that get multiple replies you have to scroll all the way down to find the attachments instead of being on the top showing the most recent sent like before the updated look. really annoying This is a copy of someone else's idea. The New Update on AOL is not functional !

Restore to Sent Box
I accidentally deleted an item from the sent folder and then found I could only restore it to either a dedicated folder or put it in the inbox (where it doesn't belong). I created a special folder, but it would have been nice to just be able to send it back from where it came from (the sent folder). The AOL Support team on X (formerly known as Twitter) says that it's working as intended.
