    I would like to block specific words and phrases from the messages I receive. I am bombarded with a topic I don't care to see over & over. How can I resolve this?

  4. Please add a recall sent email feature, perferably with the ability to set time in it, 10 secs, 20 secs, etc...

    Sometimes one forgets to add something to the email. Please create a recall sent message button. Preferably with a time selection like 10 secs, 20 secs, etc...

  6. "Remember This Device" No Longer an Option

    When logging into AOL, the two-factor authentication no longer offers a "remember this device" option so I don't have to keep doing it for my home laptop. Can you please put it back? Thanks.

    stop allowing ancially.com to phish, there are many of them and even when one is blocked others appear in inbox.
    you are not keeping up. everything that ever comes with
    ancially.com at the end (hidden under what looks like a real name like Verizon Account for example). these keep showing up. Stop them, Sue them, if not the aol should be sued.

    Aol New Mail has a clean design and useful features, but there are several areas where it could be improved to provide a better user experience.

    First, performance and reliability could be improved. The mail interface can sometimes feel slow, especially when loading folders, searching emails, or switching between messages. Faster loading times and smoother performance would make daily use much more efficient.

  15. More a question - what is up with all the AOL Mail types mobile basic, Noble, Nodin and Norrin?

    Please explain above and are these different systems and why different and how do we know what we have? Makes no sense to me. I have been with AOL since dial-up as American On-line. You keep changing and taking good things away.
