Show the full email address in new mail to be able to identify spam before opening
Show the full email address in new mail to be able to identify spam before opening. Currently, we do not see enough of the email address to determine if it is legitimate or spam email. This seems like a “no brainer” but, yet, AOL has not figured it out yet. At least with the old AOL mail, we were able to adjust heading widths to our liking. That feature is gone! Why?

The new version is very very bad.It make things you never order to do! Please go back to the old version!!
It automatically marks emails as readed, although I never order to do that. When you mark it as new, it does not appear at once and I wonder, is it gone forever? After a while it appears suddenly...

Customer Service Tech is non existant unless you pay...
I just called for technical support and after what I thought was a great conversation with this customer service representative, she then proceeded to tell me the only way she could help me was with getting a paid service. I cant believe that. Im having a problem that is on AOL and I have to pay to have it rectified?! I've been using AOL for 20+ years and I've been adamant about staying with them but now I'll be leaving. This is a shame.

MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO FORWARD INCOMING AOL EMAILS TO ANOTHER PLATFORM
It seems that every other email service allows their incoming emails to be forwarded to another email account. (Example: I want to be able to have one of our old, mostly un-used AOL emails for our nonprofit forwarded to a gmail that we do use, so we won't miss any emails that happen to come in.) Please.

Move the trash/delete icon back over to the left
Recently you moved the trash can button for each email into a column allllllll the way to the right, which makes it really hard to track which email I'm clicking on to delete. Just move it back to the left where it was. The most important thing to see when trying to delete emails is the SENDER, so why you would move any button to to interact with an email away from that information is beyond me, but it's obnoxious.

Printing Options
You cannot print an individual email from AOL mail when it is part of a thread. The other emails encroach on the page you are trying to print. After seeking AOL advice, I was told to make a PDF and edit!!! Not good and wasting my time. Can you look into issue.

Search function is close to useless
With classic aol I could find everything - search pulled up mails with a few words or person’s name. Now, if I don’t remember the email address, the exact name or the exact subject of an email I have received, I can’t find it. Have searched for emails I received or sent only 2 days ago and can easily spend more than 30 minutes trying to figure out which words will pull up the email. Sometimes I search using the name of a person I just wrote to and it does NOT show up. I have so many emails that…

Offline capture of mail prior to deleting
Dump mail to a file before permanently deleting from the email system. Provide some better-than-text format that would free up AOL disk space and allow personal data to be preserved.

Compose vs Send
These two buttons should have different colors. For me, at least, it's easy to mix the two up, and having Send on the bottom of the email screen is counterintuitive.

AOL is unreliable and difficult just to send a simple message. It feels like you want us to quit usingit.

type size is toosmall. I cannot see to read it. Why can't we adjust it back to a normal size that is easy to read?
This is not a new idea. The type size on email is too small to read easily. If this does not get fixed, or a choice come available, I will be forced to go back to gmail. !!!!

Send//Save button
Having the /Send button at the bottom makes it difficult, especially when there is a lot of text in the message. Please restore the Send button to the top. Also, it is dangerous to have the Save button next to the Delete button, as one could easily press Delete when intending to press Send.

forwarded mails
Hallo.
Warum wurde denn das Layout für "Weiterleiten" von Emails geändert ?
Wenn man Emails wieterleitet, erscheinen jedesmal "vertikale Striche auf der gesamten linken Seite" der weitergeleiteten Email, was bisher nie der Fall war.
Es sieht höchst unprofessionell aus, wenn man nun eine weitergeleitete Nachricht / Mail erneut weiterleitet, und ggf. ein 3. mal weiterleitet, so dass unzählige vertikale Striche seitlich der Email erscheinen (dementsprechend wird der Text der weitergeleiteten Mail von Nachricht zur Nachricht immer schmaler, da linkseitig vertikale Striche erscheinen !).
So kann ich nun keine Geschäft-Mails mehr weiterleiten, das sieht fürchterlich und höchst unprofessionell aus !
