  1. Revert to previous email format

    The new format is confusing when replying to a message a 2nd or subsequent time. Do NOT like the new email, want to revert to Classic email.

  2. really miss the ability to easily view "all emails from/to sender" from a single selected email.

    In classic view I could right click or select an action from the menu up top that would display all the emails from or to the sender when an email was selected or open. This is a very useful feature. Please bring this back!

  3. Where is the insert icon? I cannot insert pics now? That is helpful. Yes, that was sarcasm. The more I use this the more I hate it.

    Seriously have not found a new feature that makes it better. I will be spending my holiday weekend getting new email. YOU SUCK!!!

  4. give support staff the answers to the info required to verify ownership of accounts.

    Give support staff access to the info required to verify account ownership such as security questions and account owners names. If support staff had access to the security question answers, they could help account holders and avoid getting the account suspended or temporarily locked. support staff should have unlimited attempts to security questions back up info and user names.

    you need to eliminate the box on the right which you use advertising on since it blocks part of the message and for some reason my printer will not print out a copy for my records.

  6. show email ADDRESSES, not aliases in mail list

    There is no way to show the actual sender ADDRESS in the new "improved" mail window. This makes it impossible to verify a sender or identify phishing scams.

  10. Improve customer service, less greedy for fees. Find internal bugs

    AOL tech support phone system is not sensitive to respond. Some time I need to repeat multiple times to get through. I had a bad experience with your technician, had difficulties to get through, when I put number 1 in the survey, it automatically changed to 4. Some people designed a software to cheat the AOL administration. AOL service is deteriorating, Greedy for fees but not to improve quality. One tech hanged up my phone call. An investigation is needed to find this bug. Please learn how Gmail is doing, to find why you are left behind.

  12. PAY TO STOP ADVERTISING What Greed Monger came up with this idea??

    What a nice way to reward all of your faithful customers!!! Make them pay to stop advertising that you put in there email. I hope this starts a customer revolt that shuts AOL/YAHOO down. Greed at its best, thanks AOL for rewarding me for being a loyal customer for years. I will be looking into leaving you. Louis

  13. POOR EMAIL forwarding COMPOSURE FROM A LINK IN READ EMAIL

    If I try to forward an email using an email I've read and have been supplied with a new email contact, the automatic population of the linked email for the new person doesn't get added to the new composing email.

    I hope I've said this correctly....Just another critical item to correct or bring back the old format! PRETTY PLEASE!

    Settings provides no help for auto fill malfunctions. Dont'f use Twitter. No AOL help desk. Will only accept emails if they concern abuse or access neither of which will serve my purpose.

  19. Bad format in new and not able to revert to old even with help from help desk.

    The new mail is terrible. I had three emails sitting in new mail before the change and now they are gone somewhere. Even the help line could not find them. The format for the new mail is not as user friendly as the old. The page lay out is not as pleasing or as intuitive. Would be nice if users were given the option to revert to an old system if they wanted. Even with the help desk working with me and clicking on revert to old, the format is drastically changed and not for the better.
