Folder goes bold when new content arrives
I would like a folder to change to bold when there is new content in it. I thought this use to work, but now it definitely does not - is there some setting I can change?

Email images and links are missing
For some reason, images and links in emails disappear when I reply to the email or forward it. Also Emogies are gone. I don't see any settings that address this.

Email Opportunities
Text box is too small, not allowing the writer to see full composition while writing; more variety in text options & enhanced color for basic text that's complimented by more shades and textured choices. Line-to-line spacing does not represent real leading and is not adjustable.

color code messages
Would like to assign different colors to different messages so I can quickly identify subject matter. For instance mail from personal friends and another color to business email or financial, etc.

Once I hit send the email goes back to some random spot way down in my email instead of the top where I was working from. Very frustrating.
This new platform stinks. I am going to continue to put negative comments until you revert to the way it was before.

I stayed with AOL for years because it was different and personal. Shopping for a new one now.
This looks like google, completely impersonal. The links do not work and spellcheck is gone. So am I.

The search bar. When I search something it doesn't show the keyword of what I search
It doesn't show the email address of what exactly I search.
-I search for an email it shows me on the search result.
Example : I search testing123@gmail.com , what shows up on the search result is "me". When I opened the email it's an email I sent to testing123@gmail.com... It's BEST to indicate the recipient's email instead of the sender.

Are you harassing users? Why are you asking to text access code on a daily basis
Suddenly, I am being asked on a daily basis to enter access code texted to my phone. Is this harassment? I used a VPN in the past so what changed? This is an overkill for sure so what is behind it?

Contact Lists are not alphabetical???
I have multiple contacts that are Lists - and the Lists are no longer alphabetical. So I have to scan all List groups to find the List I would like to email. not convenient. Do you actually use programmers? ACME School of Programming? Incompetent. No way to fix - unless I delete all the Lists and re-enter them alphabetically?

Fix these problems PLEASE
Cannot cut and paste word documents into it like it was before. When you do it ends up with wide spaces between all of the lines and triple spacing between the paragraphs. Tech said I had to fix this manually. That is not acceptable. Also no way to insert logos and wrap text that feature is gone also.409th ranked -
Option to display full "From" email address in the inbox or spam folder.
I would like to see the the full complete "from" email address. This will allow me to see if a mail is spam or not.

Harder to tell if the email contains an attachment
In the old version, it was clear when the email contained an attachment. Now the attachment is below the text even if the email contains back and forth text. This new version of AOL is awful.

New format complicates my work.
The new format is much more complicated when it comes to creating a contact list. Once the list is created I want to join lists and that too is difficult. I also, copy and paste the list then I can use it for Sign up genius or to send professional emails through Constant Contact. The
new format will not allow my to copy and paste a list. I have to revert to Basic Mail but then other tools are not available. It is very frustrating and I am not sure what has been improved.346th ranked -
