  5. Forwarded emails lose their body content when "saved" before sending.

    After saving an email to forward, the body content disappears when sending. Only the headers and addressees email addresses remain. This horrible fault forces multiple forwarded emails to wait another hour before re-sending, due to AOL limitations on emails being sent or forwarded to multiple recipients.

  6. When deleting emails, the screen that asks "are you sure you want to delete...?" should be made an OPTION! Slows down deleting

    When deleting emails, the screen that asks," Are you sure you want to delete...?" should be an OPTION! It makes deleting take so much longer. Any accidentally deleted email can easily be recovered by clicking on the "recently deleted email" link at the bottom. Please, please fix this!!

    Why when I tell email something isn't SPAM and list the address in the safe senders does it STILL KICK IT BACK TO SPAM????????? Even when I say it's not SPAM, a forward bounces back. There doesn't seem to be any way to change the status of an email so that it comes through in NEW MAIL.
    I pay for the Washington post and am sick of trying anything and everything to get my daily articles. I'm stuck with AOL because many years ago Verizon sold off its email to AOL. Anyone with a verizon.net address has to go through…

  16. Provide free customer service!

    Suddenly I can't log in. I tried all the Aol on-line methods, none of which worked. Aol was to send the 6 digit password to my Aol account to get me in, but it never came through. So I tried sending to my cellphone and to my gmail account, but got no code in either case. I called customer service and for a "fee" they agreed to help me. How much? "Oh we can't tell you that."   17. disable group by conversation

    The GROUP BY CONVERSATION on my mail was disabled, and YET AOL KEEP grouping my threads, which is extremely annoying and I am losing documents from previous emails. Also, please DON'T ask me to go to twitter or any OTHER social media to get HELP, as the WHOLE point is to get HELP HERE!!! THAT is ridiculous and not helping anyone.

  18. Did you have to increase the width of the side ads?!! #CorporateGREED

    Suddenly the width of the ads on the side of my emails has increase about an inch. They were visible & DISTRACTING already. Now the body of the email area is ridiculously small. Aren't you making enough $$ already without trying to push LONG TIME LOYAL MEMBERS to pay for what was the original format for years!? Sad.
