Block emails starting with new-offer
Block all emails starting with new-offer. I have received 100's and 100's of spam emails, all with different endings, but all starting with new-offer. I don't receive any of these spam emails in Gmail, but 1000's in AOL. Please do a better job of vetting out the garbage.

STOP redirecting to the news page after sending of emails, just let it go back to inbox like a normal email account or make it optional
Please stop or make it optional that after sending an email instead of going straight back to the inbox (the natural thing to happen and what other email providers do) you are taken to a news round up page and have to either click 'x' or "back" to get back to the inbox page. It interrupts my mental flow, is bad for RSI injured people or ppl with other hand disabilities (extra needless clicking), bad for workflow and bad for mental health- I personally do not doom scroll or injest news daily. i want to filter incoming emails to get only from my contacts, the rest in junk
I want to setup a filter to get in the inbox emails only from my contacts and the rest to go to junk. I thought that there is an easy setting and not to add to the "filter" all my 100 contacts, one by one.

imap password
i find aol very irritable to find answers. I had this problem once before and recall it being a nightmare to find the answer.
I am following various threads to do this again for my outlook app on PC and every thread tells me to go to security - generate password but i cannot find it from the web browser.
AOL is the pits when it comes to simplicity.

Can Not Leave News Comments.
You are owned by Yahoo. I go to the News Page on AOL run by Yahoo. For the past Three or More years I have been Blocked from leaving Any Comments . For example, if I leave a comment like, " What's Up ?"... within 2 minutes it is Blocked & taken down. The ONLY time I have ever used Foul Language was after Years of being Blocked & knowing the moment will Not Be Posted. This was only after not getting ANY solutions from your tech people, who do try to help, but come up with no answer.

The new yellow border is horrible - lliterally hurts my eyes.
I went to look at my email, and the border was changed to yellow. I didn't change it. It's horrible and it literally hurts my eyes. I'm not even on the page anymore, and my eyes are still bothering me. The yellow border is another stupid aol idea. I tried different borders, and they're all too bright. Put the old borders back.

Recently I was searching a mail folders and found that a large number of my saved emails were gone. Please Restore the Emails AOL Deleted. In the future if AOL is intending to delete emails, give me a warning, and give me a way to save them in bulk.

Password Change
I’m trying to change my password to access AOL mail. I (finally) found the link to do so, under Help under Privacy (I think). Why isn’t there a more direct/obvious access? More importantly, when I try to use it, it asks me to log in (even though I’m ALREADY logged in!!), but when I do log in, all I can get is a “WEB SERVER ERROR” page.
