  3. WHY take away sorting by sender? It's an amazingly useful tool for skipping and deleting the trash!

    Sort by sender is the best tool for dealing with trash. When I am overwhelmed with **** e-Mails or just when I need to search for an important email from one party, it gives me time to sort and prioritize.

    when I try to copy and paste and cut and paste within the email the font changes every time. It becomes smaller than the default font style and it changes the size. It happens when I am trying to write an email on web mail using Safari.

  7. Find my blocked senders

    I have lots of email addresses I've blocked over the years and one is attached to my cell phone account. I accidentally blocked it and now I cannot unblock it. I've been struggling for a year to get this fixed.

  12. Can Not Leave News Comments.

    You are owned by Yahoo. I go to the News Page on AOL run by Yahoo. For the past Three or More years I have been Blocked from leaving Any Comments . For example, if I leave a comment like, " What's Up ?"... within 2 minutes it is Blocked & taken down. The ONLY time I have ever used Foul Language was after Years of being Blocked & knowing the moment will Not Be Posted. This was only after not getting ANY solutions from your tech people, who do try to help, but come up with no answer.

  13. Create a filter for for spoofed email: AOL knows those emails are spoofs so DON'T deliver them..

    AOL headers clearly reveal when a spammer spoofs a recipient's email address. STOP DELIVERING SPOOFS!

    It's embarrassing that a client has to reveal such common sense discrepancies to you -- especially at $30 / month.

  16. I already pay for AOL services. Why should I pay extra for ad-free email? Is it time to cancel AOL?

    Been an AOL customer for over 20 years. Why should I pay extra for ad-free email. May be time to cancel. Most of the services I have with AOL are provided by others that I have access to. Give long time customers ad-free email or you may lose long time customers.

    Why has this existing request been closed and still the flashing fast moving UNWANTED ads occur. There is no feedback from AOL

  19. STOP REQUIRING TWO STEP EMAIL SIGN IN WHEN I HAVE IT TURNED OFF IN MY SETTINGS - I'M OLD, THIS IS ANNOYING AND UNNECESSARY!

    You are a tech organization. Certainly you can fix your insistence on two step sign in for email when it is clear that I have it turned OFF in my settings. This is infuriating. Robert Wood

  20. Informed Delivery again going to SPAM folder

    Received Informed Delivery in SPAM., again, Response from USPS after contacting them.
    It appears you or your email provider marked the Informed Delivery emails as SPAM. We requested from your email provider the removal of that designation.
    If you send even one USPS email to SPAM all subsequent emails will go to SPAM.
    You should start seeing emails with images in a few days.
    In the future you will need to reach out to your email provider for assistance. The program they use is for SPAM block is called MailGun. They have the capability to turn this on or off. …
