Bug when try to open new email
Many times, I get notification of new email, while still reading another old one, and when I try to open the new one, nothing shows. Have to sign out, and then sign in again, and (sometimes), can open the new email.

aol emails now print like seven 2/3 blank pages and not all information. should print what you see in email but no
email from american airlines on my flight cannot be printed
because aol makes it 10 pages long with tiny bits on each page
and not even all the information.pretty **** useless. must make extremely small so it can be screen printed. really sucks.

the COMPOSE BUTTON has gone and I cannot send any emails
PUT COMPOSE back on the same page as new emails
Please try uninstalling the app and reinstalling, and let us know if you continue to have issues.

How to set up a second account.
I am trying to set up a second email account. I thought it would be easy for this 80 year old computer illiterate. Apparently I am wrong.
By using chat I was told I could set up a second account and use my existing one and have security codes sent to it. That did not work, and a call to 1-800-827-6364 said I would need to buy a mobile phone. Based on that phone call AOL only wants to do business with mobile phone users. Is that correct?In the current version of AOL you are required to provide a mobile phone number to protect your online safety. It's important to have updated information should you ever need to change your account settings, reset your password or contact AOL customer support.

About a couple of months ago, my emails in my inbox started automatically going to trash after 2 days & i do not have filters set
Undo whatever is causing this occurrence. users place emails in folders as desired. the system should not auto do it for us unless requested

It would be nice to select a date range to search for emails. Right now we have to go back day by day.
I was trying to search for a possible email to confirm an online transaction over 30 days prior. Unfortunately, I can only get to that date by scrolling back day by day. It would be great to choose a date range to list the emails for those dates.
Hi there. You can search by date range, when you click on the Advanced drop down in the Search bar. On the date criteria, you can select from the list ''custom dates''.

SEND buttom is obsured at the bottom of the page, when trying to reply to a message or when using the COMPOSE email.

When adding names to outgoing mail, have names from your contact list pop up
There is a bug when adding names to outgoing mail. As you start typing the first or last name of someone in your contact list, the email address would automatically pop up for anyone with that name in your contact list. Now some names from my contact list will pop up but other times I get email addresses and names of strangers I don't know pop up while the email address of the person in my contact list will not pop up at all. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

Go back to the way AOL Mail was working just last week---where people could look up old mail, deleted mail, saved mail.
I have a lot of emails saved in my vaults but now I am unable to get to them. There are NO OPTIONS available on the new AOL Mail.

email message word wrap
Not an idea, but something that needs to be fixed. I find no setting to allow word wrap, new emails open up and you can only read half to 3/4 of the text, the other part is under the AD covering it on the right side of the screen. To see the covered text you HAVE to use the scroll bar ... WHY? Please, please FIX this, make word wrap, or DO NOT COVER the emails with anything.
